Food is good as always but the check in staff has major attitude. They are rude and talk badly about customers in front of them.

We were a group of 7 for dinner on a very busy Monday night...took a long time to get our food, water glasses were never refilled and food came out cold. When this was flagged for the manager, she came over and offered something new or to re-heat our $86 chicken parm pizza and $64 dover sole. Seems like they were so focused on flipping tables (noisily) as opposed to clearing active tables and taking care of the customers that were already seated. At the end, they sent over 2 desserts

Every time I travel to NYC I make sure to have a meal at QI. The food never disappoints, service is always on spot and I am always ready to come back.

Visited NYC on Mother's Day. Made reservations at Quality Italian based on the recommendation of my daughter, and I will say that it did not disappoint. It was quite crowded but at 8:00 PM on Mother's Day, that is to be expected. So even though we had reservations for 8:15, we did not get seated until about 8:40. No big deal. Again, I did not find this surprising given the crowd and all the Mothers! We took our time ordering and made sure we were satisfied with our selections beforehand. Had the house made Ricotta as an appetizer and it was amazing. The little gem Caesar salad was also exceptional. I noticed a delightful taste of lemon in it only to realize that there were very thin slices of lemon in it that appear to have marinated in their own juice. It was very good and quite refreshing. Then for the main course. My best girl ordered the Paccheri Amatriciana. It was excellent and I highly recommend it if you are int he mood for pasta. I ordered the 24-day dry aged sirloin and it was amazing. Like butter in your mouth. Wine and cocktails were very good as to be expected. I would highly recommend Quality Italian to anyone visiting NYC in the future.

The steak and pasta were really good! The fries were 16 dollars and tasted frozen and unseasoned (we ate one and left the rest). The bathroom was not clean (at an upscale place that should get refreshed more often). Overall, this place is good. Nothing special.

It was Mother’s Day, and the place was lively and sexy. My mom enjoyed her filet mignon and her vodka martinis, while I enjoyed my glass of wine. I had the lobster scampi, the whipped ricotta, and the pesto pasta. The lobster scampi was passable after I added salt and pepper, but everything else was bland. The pasta dish wasn’t edible. Give it a try if you like, but it wasn’t my cup of tea.

Took my wife, my kids, my mother and mother in law to spend Mother’s Day at Quality Italian and it was amazing. Food was outstanding.

This was probably the best restaurant experience we've had in NYC. The food was outstanding. Our waiter helped to answer questions, and made recommendations. Everything we ordered was fabulous. The service was also outstanding. The whole wait staff was attentive and polite. Our waiter brought us some extras at the end of our meal. Everything about our experience was excellent. We'll be back for sure!

It was another fantastic meal and experience! We expect great service and delicious food and Quality Italian always delivers. We started with the Caesar gem salad which was tasty and perfectly dressed. We both had the filet mignon and they were cooked to perfection and incredible. We also enjoyed the corn creme brulee, which was out of this world! One of the best things we've eaten! For dessert, we had the decadent and delicious burnt marshmallow. Our server, JC was top notch and catered to our every need. He was excellent. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We had the BEST dinner at Quality Italian our server was AWESOME. We were nearly licking the sauce off our plates the food was so good. The restaurant was beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. Finally, our espresso martinis were a 10/10! Would highly recommend Quality Italian

Quality of the chicken parm pizza has declined, at least at this visit. Chicken was dry. Biggest issue was the noise level. Just about unbearable. So much so that we skipped dessert and couldn’t wait to leave. Service was exceptional. Food, less so. Atmosphere, intolerable.

Fantastic meal , never tasted better Italian food, waiter very helpful, I had booked for my wife's 50th Birthday and requested a nice table and they obliged. They also left a Birthday card and brought out a desert with candle at the end of the meal. Staff kept checking in to make sure we were ok, Well done and Thanks

The food and service were terrific. It was so incredibly noisy that it was really impossible to have a conversation. But the most objectionable thing was the wine selection and their outrageous markup. wine that we can buy at a liquor store for nine dollars is sold here for $110. Also, a glaring omission was that there is no Cabernet from Paso Robles.

Service was mostly spectacular. We waited quite a bit for our entree (45+ minutes) but the appetizers, salads and drinks were out quickly. Waiters checked in multiple times and made time for brief banter and conversation. It was quite busy even on a Sunday night. The restaurant was loud enough that my party of 4 could not always hear each other from across the small table. Lighting was also rather dim. But we were there for the food. High quality ingredients in the salads, pasta dishes, and desserts. The chicken parm "pizza for two" can easily feed 4 provided it is not the only thing you order. Dessert portions were also large and and the gelato is very affordable for how well-plated it is.

We had a really fun evening celebrating our 30th anniversary. We are visiting from Oregon and our waiter Joseph made us feel so welcome and comfortable. He is very thoughtful and friendly and gave us great recommendations for beverages, salads, entrees and dessert. The Falso spritz is a fantastic mocktail, not too sweet and very pretty. The little gem Cesar Salad is one of the best I have had in the world actually. The pastas were just the right texture and not too salty. The meals were generous portions. The busser Mailey was also friendly and helpful, quick to clear dishes so we did not have them sitting in front of us. Great evening for a very happy celebration. We hope to return soon.
