The photos online, made this establishment appear very upscale and sophisticated. The experience was good but not phenomenal. It had the combination of low light (cozy) but when combined with relatively moderate/high noise—made the shine & thrill wear off a little; it was hard to hear and talk with the people across the table from you. The wine selection was good and service was great! But the food for the price was only ok. We had the gnocchi and lobster with vodka sauce. Both were slightly bland. We received a complimentary gelato for our group to share which was a pleasant surprise

Great spot. Chicken parm pizza was delightfully delicious. It’s heavy and rich. Ambiance was very chill.

The black truffle cacio e pepe was wonderful. A bit light on the black pepper but you can always add it. Plenty of truffles. The Godfather dessert is great and our wine was delicious a lovely Sancerre.branzino is always great.

Aside from confusion at checkin, experience was acceptable, mainly because the server was exceptional. Food and wine were very good. Overall above average.

Service was top notch and all of the food was fantastic! I got the Spicy Lobster Rigatoni and it was quite a bit of lobster for the price point. Will definitely be going back.

QI greeted us warmly and expectantly and acknowledging that we were celebrating 2 birthdays. Marco was easy to work with and we appreciated his honesty and help with the menu and portion size. Everything came out as expected and the servers were all friendly. When the room got full @6:15 it got louder but to be expected. The food was truly delicious but not so much that it warranted the price. Overall, a lovely and celebratory evening! Thank you all.

This was our 2nd time at Quality Italian. Our 1st experience was amazing and so wanted to celebrate Mother’s Day. We were disappointed that they didn’t acknowledge Mothers Day or have any specials . Service was not great. The food was fantastic.

It was wonderful. We don’t like loud and obnoxious places so we very much enjoyed how calm it was. We did go at 4:15 so it was a bit before the dinner rush. By the time we were finishing up more people started rolling in. But amazing food, best pasta we have tried. Filet mignon was also great! Highly recommend

Kitchen, service took too long to bring out salads and then waited an hour for main course. Main course came out warm, not hot. Disappointing.

Probably won’t go back. Service was fine, not really very attentive, menu was pretty limited, food was overpriced for what it was. Tavernetta is a better experience.

Beautiful place to celebrate a 70th birthday with our family! Everything was top notch and our server was attentive, efficient, and friendly! We appreciated our request for a round table so that we could all talk, as we had family members coming to celebrated from across the U.S. Food was excellent, but a little pricey. Chicken parm pizza was a HIT as an appetizer!

Noisy and fun, with really great food. Our table shared a chicken parm pizza and everyone loved it. I tried the Veal Milanese, and it was delicious. However, why do they take a beautifully crispy piece of veal, and cover it with a very wet salad??? Made no sense, so next time I’ll ask for the salad to be put on the side. Other than that, everything was perfect. Great, attentive service. Highly recommended.

I really wanted to enjoy Quality Italian but there were too many misses. For an upscale restaurant in Cherry Creek, I expect exceptional service. Our server was incredibly awkward. The server would come to the table, refill our water, look at us (my husband would wait for him to initiate the conversation to start an order) and then the server would walk away. This happened multiple times. We ordered the calamari - there was good acid in the banana peppers but it still wasn't enough to cut through the heavy breading. I had the lobster rigatoni... it was fine but nothing spectacular. My husband had the agnolotti. I felt like it was missing salt - over all just not a lot of depth of flavor on all the dishes we tried. We probably won't be back. The fresh pasta that I make at home is better. I'd rather spend my money at Tavernetta - you know the quality of service there that you will get with professional servers and lots of different notes of flavor.

Quality Italian is a great restaurant, especially for a special occasion meal. Food is excellent, service is old-school top-notch, definitely replicating the vibe of classic old NYC dining spots with white jacketed waiters who know their craft. Dined with a large group and everybody loved their food. Only two issues, which are fine as long as you know what to expect: 1) it is pricey, and the bill can definitely add up. 2) when full of diners it is pretty noisy. But all things considered, a great place to dine - fine food, great vibe, great service.

I arrived a few miniature after my party of four had. The hostess just pointed in the direction where my group was seated. Walking me to the table would have been expected: Our party was right around the corner from the entrance. Much traffic behind my back. Our wonderful server (Jessica) offered us a four top a bit away from the entrance. It’s very dark inside and quite loud: QI is my son’s favorite place and it was his 20th birthday: It was a special dinner. We had excellent service. All were kind and efficient:

Tim, our waiter, is the absolute best. He is timely, friendly, gives excellent recommendations, and makes the meal incredibly special. As always the food was delicious, service impeccable, and ambiance full of life.

My dad’s fish came out cold and the west coast oysters were way too big-borderline gross!
