Our experience at Quality Bistro was amazing. We are celebrating a graduation, and felt so attended to. The food was delightful, and the atmosphere was perfect. Would definitely return!

The only thing that was a little frustrating was that our res was for 7 and they still made us wait until 7:15 to be seated

Beautiful restaurant with fantastic atmosphere. Cocktails excellent and so was our service. Some of the starters little large (like crabcake !) and Butter (don’t miss this!)

The butter plate is nice, good espresso martinis, everything else very over-hyped and mediocre.

Service was not good but food was great. We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time, were told to stand up our table was ready only to have to wait again but to wait right there for one minute by one hostess and have a very rude other hostess tell us to move back into the bar so she could get other people just coming in the restaurant checked in. We only got waters and drink refills once, and had to ask the hostess to do it after asking the waitress and the waitress forgot a couple other items. Food is great and ambiance is as well. Perhaps on a less busy day it would be better service.

We had such a spectacular Mother’s Day dinner here! The ambience, design, setting was superb. Our server was professional and friendly. The food was all delicious and generous portions. The only downside was the noise level but it was a packed restaurant on a weekend so to be expected.

Not impress except for the butter service but the staff did the best they can. I see everyone pitching in , helping . It was Mother’s Day too so i think they are short staff .

Everything about my experience was amazing. The service was wonderful and the food was phenomenal. I had their famous French onion soup and a pappardelle entree and both were beyond delicious. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing experience. The staff was attentive and friendly. Manager came by to Check up on the customers to make sure they were enjoying themselves. It was all in all the best staff experience, everyone was so kind. And the food was great!!

I ordered a Caesar salad and most of the bowl was filled with the ends of the romaine stalks which were inedible. Only 2 croutons. Disappointing.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The entire experience was exceptional from check in to a surprise dessert — and it was amazing, unusual delicious—and a remarkable experience. A huge shout out to Jamie - the manager of guest relations. She made us feel special — with a high energy she was visibly attentive to us and other guests. I’ve never seen this kind of sincere appreciation for all the guests. She was a gracious hostess. The food was delicious. In fact the French Onion soup was the best I’ve ever had and “experienced.” Being from Kentucky I’m in NYC several times a year and the sister restaurant Quality Meats had been a favorite but now Quality Bistro is my new favorite. I highly recommend! John Williamson

Top quality dinner at Quality Bistro. The farmer’s salad was fresh and delicious. The scallops were beautiful. And the chocolate opera cake was heavenly. Wonderful service and such a beautiful space. It’s a little pricey, but worth every penny.

Overall service was great. Front staff was accommodating for my wife’s birthday offering to take pictures. Butter service was a nice experience. Ordered the filet lobster croissant and truffle lobster toast. I wanted it packed for take away because it was a big portion. Upon coming home, they didn’t pack the leftover portion of steak and lobster croissant. Disappointed because it was really good and they packed away everything else.

This is my second visit here in the last 6 weeks and this time I brought a client for a business dinner. I was disappointed in the entree. In that it was the pork dish. I asked for it to be medium rare and it was very overcooked. I told the server about it midway through the meal and I ate maybe 1/4 of the pork dish. I would have thought that they would have offered me a replacement or something else, but they did not. Otherwise, the service was good.The drinks were good and the other appetizers were terrific.It is slightly noisy there but that can't be helped.

Made a lunch reservation for 2:30 on a Sunday, hoping for it to be a bit more quiet and it was PERFECT! We were seated immediately and greeted by our server almost as soon as we sat down. The service and food were top notch - the butter service is a MUST HAVE!

Our date dinner was excellent. Between the ambiance, food quality, and service it was pure perfection. We came in with very little expectations and left very satisfied. The French onion hamburger and champagne is to die for! Spicy Caesar salad was delicious just the right amount of spice where your palate is not left burnt and you can’t taste your next bite. Highly recommend!

Brought my friend to celebrate her birthday at Quality Bistro, she thoroughly enjoyed it and thanked me for such a beautiful night! The small gestures such as hand written birthday card and delicious dessert accompanied by a streamer really made the night special. We ordered the butter service, it was a simple shareable but nothing like your typical hot bread and butter at an Italian restaurant. My friend loved her pappardelle dish with short rib, she said it was unreal. Close seating for tables of two but can still enjoy intimate conversations.

We did not have the best waiter experience. He was a little red to our table.

After having dined at Quality Italian in Denver many times, we were eager to try brunch at Quality Bistro in NYC. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! From having to wait 20 mins for the table we reserved to be ready (yes the hostess offered a sincere apology & comped us drinks from the bar), to having a staff member spill a drink she was bussing from another table onto my son & into his & my husband’s drinks, to having to wait for over 20 minutes for our server to show up at our table…you can see why I rated the service as poor. Even with that, I held out hope that the food would be worthy of the price-point. But alas, the burger, steak, & egg dishes ordered were just OK. And the French fries on the plate, while piled high, were definitely over-cooked. And the presentation on all the dishes left a lot of room for improvement. Quality Bistro is not a place to which I will return. There are so many better French-centric bistros & brasseries in Manhattan.

Been to the two other sister restaurants and was extremely disappointed in the food quality at this restaurant. The butter service was good, not great, and the brunch was down right terrible. Will not be back. Service was just ok. Had to keep asking to have water refilled.
