Q'tal is a Multicultural restaurant serving a mix of New American dishes with Brazilian and Italian influence in Kearny NJ. We offer a complete experience from beginning to end in our dining room, bar, and cozy back patio.
Behind our glass kitchen is Executive Chef, Edney Moreira, who takes pride in creating our unique menu and ensuring dishes are always fresh, as well as incorporating handmade ingredients such as our bread and pasta. We also have signature cocktails with a focus on beautiful and fresh ingredients, selected wine list and beer list.

Had a great time there for Mother’s Day. They had an exquisite menu. The food and drinks were on point. Esthetic was definitely a 9! Everyone was so friendly.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and attentive…the service is great. Most of all, the food is outstanding and the beautiful cocktails are very tasty! The octopus is the best I’ve had and the reviews from my fellow diners on the short ribs and sirloin steak are stellar. I highly recommend dining here.

Food was good. Just took the server at least 30 to 45 minutes before taking our orders or given water.

I just had the best experience at Q'tal! Our server was so attentive but also gave us space to talk and catch up. She was so kind and everything she recommended was delicious. I highly recommend the jackfruit croquettes and the sliders which I love that they have vegan options for someone like me. I'm not sure of the name it was a passionfruit cosmo type drink and I didn't even realize it came out with a dry ice bubble. 10/10 for presentation on everything and ambiance. They have a dining area which feels a little more formal ( the chairs were so comfy by the way) and then a bar area with high tops which I think would be great for a girls night. I already can't wait to go back!

The wait time for food was painfully long. The server seem to forget to bring simple things like ketchup and bread etc after asking. Never provided. Food want bad but the service was aweful. If you have 4 hours for dinner and not hungry, then go here. Otherwise I won’t go back

We can't wait for our next visit! Enjoyed the food, friendly customer service, and ambience. My only critique is that service was a bit slow and servers can brush up on their ability to describe menu items in detail. Overall, highly recommend.

The ambiance was great. Our server was superb. He was polite, he made perfect drink selections and has an amazing personality. He was also very attentive and made my birthday dinner very special. We will definitely return
