We had a wonderful time. Staff was attentive, food was good & it’s not like a typical bowling alley. Excellent.

This place was truly amazing! From the table games to the Photo Booth (they email or text your pics to you!) to the delicious food, Punch Bowl Social did not disappoint! It was slow on our visit but I imagine it can be quite lively on most nights! Pro tip: if you want awesome service, request Nathan’s section… he was incredibly attentive and friendly and even gave us some great tips for exploring Dallas when weather foiled our original plans!

We had drinks and lunch with allergy friendly options. Played UNO while we waited for our food then Jenga after. Service was great, I wish I remembered her name

Our server was an absolute disaster. Unprofessional,rude aggressive even. The manager was ineffective and unprofessional as well. If you want to be treated like dirt under her shoe by your waitress then this is your place!

Made a reservation for 3. walked in with to other customers. No one at hostess stand. Waited over 10 minutes, walked in and around back. Found restaurant. Asked server where to go - literally the person did not respond, just pointed to the left. Went to the left. No one there. Stood by bar. Waited again. Lots of employees having fun at the counter, laughing and joking. No one asked to seat us, when I asked where to check in, no response. I took my business elsewhere. Sorry that your staff didn’t want to work. I was very very disappointed.

It’s a mid spot nothing more, nothing less from a food and drinks point of view. There are a lot of people working, but chaotic. I was there on a Saturday afternoon so not many customers, but still chaotic. Servers changed twice, and getting a table in a 70% empty place was a mission 😂. Best bet is to sit at bar order drinks and place food order there, then sit yourself. Seems like a fun place for the activities they have but not for food and drinks(unless at bar).
