This place was truly amazing! From the table games to the Photo Booth (they email or text your pics to you!) to the delicious food, Punch Bowl Social did not disappoint! It was slow on our visit but I imagine it can be quite lively on most nights! Pro tip: if you want awesome service, request Nathan’s section… he was incredibly attentive and friendly and even gave us some great tips for exploring Dallas when weather foiled our original plans!

We had drinks and lunch with allergy friendly options. Played UNO while we waited for our food then Jenga after. Service was great, I wish I remembered her name

Our server was an absolute disaster. Unprofessional,rude aggressive even. The manager was ineffective and unprofessional as well. If you want to be treated like dirt under her shoe by your waitress then this is your place!

Made a reservation for 3. walked in with to other customers. No one at hostess stand. Waited over 10 minutes, walked in and around back. Found restaurant. Asked server where to go - literally the person did not respond, just pointed to the left. Went to the left. No one there. Stood by bar. Waited again. Lots of employees having fun at the counter, laughing and joking. No one asked to seat us, when I asked where to check in, no response. I took my business elsewhere. Sorry that your staff didn’t want to work. I was very very disappointed.

It’s a mid spot nothing more, nothing less from a food and drinks point of view. There are a lot of people working, but chaotic. I was there on a Saturday afternoon so not many customers, but still chaotic. Servers changed twice, and getting a table in a 70% empty place was a mission 😂. Best bet is to sit at bar order drinks and place food order there, then sit yourself. Seems like a fun place for the activities they have but not for food and drinks(unless at bar).

I came for my birthday with a party of 10 at 10:15 PM. When I got to the front door it took a while for us to be greeted and seated. No one was at the door to greet us. The waiter we had was not attentive very slow on her feet. After we ordered it took so long for us to receive drinks and food we had to ask the waiter if she even placed the order. Food was inaccurate when it came out, one of my guest ordered coffee before 11PM. I had to ask the waiter if she put the order in because it took so long she replied yes. After a while an employee came to the table to inform us the coffee machine was already off and put up so he was not able to receive the coffee. Once it was time for bowling my party moved over to the lanes. The lane was dirty from the previous party and I had to remind staff THREE times to clean it up. I’m not sure if everybody was just ready to go or what but service was horrible and me and my guest experience was horrible. We’re still talking about how punchbowl had potential but everything was unorganized.

We had a overall good experience. The food was just okay. The queso was not hot but like it had been sitting in the back both times they brought it out. Several people in my birthday party sent their food back because it was cold or not good. Their replacement meals however were hot and delicious. The drinks were good but a bit over priced considering we bought the punch bowl and several shots. The games were good but the bowling is a bit over priced. Loved the giant size jenga and board/drinking games

The host and Our server was amazing . The food wasn’t good at all. I came for my birthday and knew the activities were first come first serve. However, I had to constantly look for staff to get their assistance and updates on getting on the list. When I was told the activity was ready for my group and they just had to clean the room, I had to come back again a half hour later to follow up. It was then until another hour that the room was ready and at that time, we were ready to leave

Not much to choose from the menu. Food was mediocre at best. Known for punch bowls but punch bowls are expensive and come with so much ice so really not getting your moneys worth at all.

Great first date! All of the staff was amazing. Love their nonalcoholic drink selections. Definitely a loud environment but we were able to bounce around and explore all there was to do. We bowled in a quieter secluded area, lane 5. Enjoyed the arcade, and then my date showed out with that NBA hoops lol but We had an amazing time.

Made the best out of the occasion. Food service was slow. Was told meal would be discounted and it wasn’t honored at checkout. Waitress was pleasant, while her transparency with the meal delays was appreciated the explanation wasn’t acceptable.

We sat for 35 minutes without a server ever coming to our table. We never got to taste the food because we walked out. Very unprofessional and customer service was a hot mess.

We had such a fun time at Punch Bowl Social. The Fried chicken sandwich was amazing. There is so much there to do. We played the arcade games and mini bowling. Great night out for the family.

Server Rachel was not very attentive. She sat down on her phone then would disappear on multiple occasions. She forgot some of our items we ordered then proceeded to blame it on other staff stating “they decided not to make it” or “ it was given to the wrong customer”. Furthermore when trying to pay she hovered over us while selecting a tip as if she wanted to make sure we were to tip her appropriately. We selected a tip we thought wasn’t appropriate for her service but understand she needs to be paid as well.

My food was cold and I was missing items in my dish. The waitress never came to check on us without us having to call her over. And we still had a gratuity of 18% automatically added. Noise level was love, place was nice. I wouldn’t recommend going for food and drinks just nor the service. Just play the games and leave.

Limited brunch menu, & the waiter told us they only had enough champagne for 1 mimosa each. My group & I got up & left because the servers decided to stand behind us & talk mess like... yea we just left. Definitely won't be returning. Terrible service & the menu was trash

Server was really distracted and not necessarily hands on with the table he was hardly there I understand how it is being a server but attentiveness does matter. Punch bowls weren’t really all that great and they are definitely overpriced. I liked the games and the bowling alley there but for a overall experience definitely a 4 out of 10.

The food was great and the pricing was fair. We went at brunch time and enjoyed the brunch food and drink menu. Our service was a bit slow and our server forgot several things, but she was very kind. The restaurant was empty so we were able to explore with the kids and it's a huge place with tons to do. We'll probably return without the kids next time!

The food service was the most disappointing aspect to the establishment. After being seated, it took approximately 20-25 minutes to be addressed by the server. It took another 15-20 for them to take our order and another 25 minutes for the food to come out. Our server was serving a large group on their own. However, there were a significant number of other servers conversing with other presumably on break servers while the one person frantically ran around doing things. Just did not give a great impression to us as customers considering the restaurant was steady with other customers but not slammed warranting longer wait times. After eating we went upstairs to play scrabble. Overall, that was a good time. A few of the “letter A” tiles did not have magnets on them so that altered things some. However, it was good overall. The bartender upstairs was engaging and kind. Also, the noise volume upstairs is more conducive to conversations in comparison to the first floor.

This was our first time visiting the Punch Bowl Social, and we will not be returning. First, the server was unprofessional. She had on slippers, PJ bottoms, and a hoodie. When we sat to eat, she requested a credit card to “hold the table.” My husband ordered a drink, and he had to get the glass from the bar because she disappeared. Next, we ordered appetizers and had to request another waitress to check on our order because, again, our waitress had disappeared. The appetizers arrived at the same time as the dinner. Two of our five meals were wrong. The waitress NEVER RETURNED. We really wanted to enjoy this place and all of the activities. There were tons of other things that I could address but will not. Just know that I would not recommend it.

Me and some friends decided to hang out here for me and my wife’s birthday. We got seated in a area where the sun was directly in our faces and even with the shades down the area we was in was very hot. Our server had an amazing personality but lacked with making sure our table was free and clear of any used plates or cups being that we where a large party you would think our table we be free of any unnecessary dishes. The drinks were very good and the food was great. The only problem is the servers get so busy that they forget to do little things to make you want to tip more that the gratuity.
