This is a really fun, cool place. I would only suggest to keep your restrooms cleaner. Food is “okay”, but not bad.

Made reservation and they did not honor it. Dillon offered no solutions or any help. Horrible.

Great place! Walking distance from the parking deck and CC Roxy. Food was very good and our server was great. We will definitely be back.

The music was so loud, I could not hear the server or have a conversation with my friends sitting next to me at the table. The restaurant was out of the charcuterie board on a Saturday night which was disappointing and the other appetizer we asked for was also out. The sweet potato soup presentation was lovely but it was almost served cold. The punch was delicious but had so much ice it was watered down. I liked the concept of the appetizers -- fries with a bbq type of sauce and meat but the bbq overpowered the dish.

Made a reservation for 7:45 , sat for over 2 hours and never received our food and waiter told us to just cancel our order because he didn’t know when the food would be coming. It was my bday and the experience overall was terrible. Please hire more staff

Horrible service. There were probably 20 people in the entire restaurant so all of the servers played on their phones instead of working. Food was OK at best.

Absolutely WORST experience. The place was very empty and 1 round of drinks took 30 minutes. We were seated right near the bar and saw the drinks sit for about 20 minutes before being brought to us. We asked the server what happened and her response was “I am going to just cash you guys out”. Literally couldn’t get food here. Unbelievable

Very food good service. The only issue was the main course beat our appetizer to the table. We ordered the Skillet Pull Apart Rolls which said it would take extra time which we had. Seems like the main course could have been fired after they arrived. Overall it that’s my only complaint it was a good meal. Food was amazing.

Our server was amazing! She tackled our large party with no issues at all! The hostesses could be a little sweeter 8-/ I’ve we understood completely that on a Saturday it’s impossible to seat a party of 18 together. I was told this when I made reservations. However, She was so set on telling us NO to anything we asked… I didn’t understand why there were 4-5 empty tables in a row but it’s like she didn’t want us to be able to sit together? Follow the rules but if it’s a chance to make your guests reasonable requests happen…. Try to accommodate. Hostesses can earn tips for excellent service. People drive a long way to patronize…try to be a little more accommodating.

Wait staff was very friendly but needs more training. One member of our party of 6 didn’t get her entree until we reminded the waiter and after we were nearly finished eating.

I've visited the Punch Bowl on a couple occassion but this was by far the worst. The tables were nasty, the bathroom were filthy and toilets were broken. The bowling lane given was filthy, didn't work. They had 9 pins instead of ten and lanes 3 & 4 was working at the same time which cheated me out of two strikes. Overall experience 👎🏾

We had brunch reservations for 10 am. The doors were locked until after 10. Some random man came and let us in without muttering a single word. We found our own way upstairs to the dining area. Another random girl eventually came over to us and told us the hostess was “around there somewhere”. After not being able to find her, she just sat us herself. The table, chairs, and silverware were all FILTHY! We were there for about an hour and we were the ONLY ones there the entire time. The same girl took our order and brought our food. She seemed to be the only one working there. I paid with cash and she left for about 15 minutes, coming back every few minutes or so to tell me she was still looking for someone to get her some change for me. The food was decent and the girl was very sweet. We definitely won’t be going back though.

Appreciated the chill bar atmosphere of the night with good levels on music. Food was great (knockoff burger) and good options on drinks with mocktail menu.

Unfortunately even though we made our reservation when we got there after a few minutes a hostess came up to us and after confirming with a woman sitting at another table they said the kitchen was closed so we didn’t have the opportunity to even try this place. There shouldn’t be an option for a reservation if your not open to serve..

We were seated promptly by our server, Joy. The table she took us to was set for dining but was incredibly dirty with big chunks of food on it. Before we could say anything she offered to clean a booth table for us which we happily accepted. Still, dirty tables everywhere was not a great thing to walk into. I had the ginger berry drink which was pretty underwhelming, boyfriend had a beer. We ordered the eggplant dip and cilantro wings for appetizers. They took a long while to come out, I’d say 20 minutes or so. Joy was helpful in recommending entree’s, but we didn’t make it to entrees. The appetizers were completely inedible. The eggplant dip tasted like wood ash, overpoweringly burnt/charred. The wings somehow had zero flavor. Didn’t even taste like chicken, very weird. We each took one bite of each appetizer and flagged Joy down to cancel our entree order and bring our check. She was very nice in asking us what happened and took care of the food without us asking her to do so which was great. Her service was the only positive thing about our visit. Still, not enough to bring us back.

My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and I had the fried chicken sandwich. Both were excellent. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful. Drink refills were slow, that’s the only complaint.

This place had a great atmosphere! Plenty of activities to partake in if you'd like to. We went just for Brunch and the food was amazing. The portions were generous, the food was delicious and the service was wonderful.

Honestly I couldn’t think the establishment more for and outstanding evening overall . From the from the host to the food to the games and just wow ! I chose here to try and rekindle with my ex and I have to say the waitress we had with such positivity was able to help me win my love back I know it’s sound snobby but I can’t thank you guys enough and would be happy to be a spokesperson ever!

Food took over an hour to come, when it did come out my fries were cold. Another person in my party ordered Salmon it was completely raw inside they sent it back twice and it came back raw twice. My hamburger bread was soggy and when we arrived for our reservation they told me they over booked so it would be a longer wait. It was just not good I will not go back.

Food was awesome. Had the chicken and waffles, and it was delish. Husband had the Alabama chicken sandwich...Delish. Our server Canyon was fabulous. She is extra special and made our experience just wonderful ❤️

Punch Bowl Social is so much fun. The servers and the hostess were awesome. Attentive, friendly and fun. They made a rainy, gloomy day full of sunshine. Drinks and food delicious.!

The food was good. The drinks were great. It's a very cool vibe. The servers seemed overwhelmed the whole time we were there. We bowled for nearly 45 minutes before our server even took our order and that was only because I sought him out to see if he could help us. We also ate in the restaurant at a table and our server disappeared for stretches then too. I'd go back but just know that the service is going to require patience.

This was our first time at Punch Bowl Social. Our server was amazing and the food was VERY good! The prices were reasonable. I hadn't realized that the upstairs and downstairs are two different menus, with 2 different feels. We really enjoyed our visit, but I think next time we will go closer to game time, when it has a rowdier feel.

Made reservation to have lunch prior to Braves game First pitch was 135 We sat down at 1210 Barely made 1st pitch They completely missed 1 entree. When told it was not there, the waiter and manager were completely indifferent on rushing to make sure the order was fulfilled. Waiter could have cared less about the missing order?? Food was mediocre at best: I wouldn’t eat here unless it was the only thing open and I was very hungry.

Such a fun and unexpected experience. Our server was a hoot. Playing games at the table passed the time waiting on what i can only say was the most scrumptious French toast I’ve ever eaten.

I went to punch social for the 1st time on Mother’s Day. My boyfriend and I went. We made reservations through open door. Once we arrived we were seated immediately. Are waiter Sloan came over to take are drink order. Once he returned with are drink we placed are order. He walked past are table approximately 8 times attended to surrounding tables. The food arrived by someone else and we realized he were never given silverware. We waited a few minutes to see if he would stop by to check on the food never did. I had to ask the host to get us silverware while are food started to get cold. I had a salad that came out after my food. The waiter dropped off the salad and never stopped over while we were eating to ask us about the food, if we needed anything nothing. I wanted to place a alcohol drink order but he never came back. We finally flagged him down to get are bill. I spoke with the “manager” who apologize and said he be back never returned. The food was delicious but the service was horrible. Are waiters were very attentive to the table to the left and front and back of us, but maybe since we were African American he felt we weren’t priority. I will not return unless it to go. The waiter we had name was Sloan.

Great ambiance. Our server was accommodating and very sweet. She was training someone so sometimes it took her a while to get back to our table but she was great overall. The food (NY strip & duck fat cooked fries) was okay. The fries could have been cooked better. One person ordered chicken but it came out undercooked (still pink and it wasn’t smoked!). They had no problem changing out the plate for something else so all and all that was okay. Ordered the Tiki Torch for 2. That could have been for one. The flavor was good. My daughter had a strawberry daiquiri. it was small but tasted fine. The drinks were okay overall. My daughter is excited to go back with her friends (all 20 and under) because of the atmosphere of the place.

The service was great. The food was great. Portion size and price point was reasonable. Didn’t really like the frozen cocktail I had, as it was too thick but this was a minor issue for me. Will be going back again soon.
