Amazing food, service and surroundings. One of the best places I’ve eaten in Liverpool especially considering the cost. Fabulous. We will definitely be back.

Amazing night celebrating my Mum’s special birthday made even more special by the staff and the singer was amazing in adding to our night and making it very special!

The Puffin Rooms is my favourite place in Liverpool. I enjoy everything there. I love how drinks are served. The staff are really lovely, very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The ambience is perfect. I have visited 4 times for food and drinks and look forward to my next visit. Would highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys some class.

This venue has a great atmosphere, and the musical arrangement is excellent. The experience was pleasant overall, and the meal was excellent. A heckler who mistakenly believed he was the show's entertainment was skillfully handled by the resident musician. The encounter was somewhat marred by the highest amount of service fee of 12%. I prefer to tip the service team than to effectively pay an additional tax for meal.

Not a great welcome as our first experience- big gentleman behind the bar didn’t pay any attention when we said we’d arrived early for pre dinner drinks at the bar - repeatedly said our table was ready - even though we were the only ones in there. Everything I asked for he didn’t have (although they were on the menu online) not helpful. Very small venue - not set up as a restaurant and bar, more like a living room with a small bar. Quite nice but chairs far too big for the area - could move them to get to the chairs at the bar! Young lady that served us at our table was lovely. Good was lovely and reasonable. Some time later a pianist jazz singer came in - not really worth the wait. Overall if the welcome had been better this may have been a better review. Not for me.

Always a great place to visit. My husband loves the wide selection of cigars and we both love the cocktails ! There was a pianist playing and singing. She was excellent Place was busy and had a great atmosphere. The staff as always were attentive and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend

We had scallops, prawn and chicken which was tasty. The deserts are yummy. Music was fab good atmosphere.

This is my third time at the Puffin Rooms. Staff are very attentive and very interactive with every customer. The singers are amazing and make you very welcome on arrival and make you part of the night by interacting with you, one of my most favourite places in Liverpool, and their new manager is a great guy.

First time here and won't be the last. The staff are attentive but not overly so and have great personality! We booked to have food and it was absolutely delicious, good quality produce and beautifully presented. Recommend the bruchetta, so tasty. I had chicken and the wife had duck. So filling. The place is classy and the ambience is fab. You could get the smell of cigars every now and then which just added to the whole atmosphere. I'd book for drinks only too- the cocktails are a work of art!! Will definitely return, an absolute hidden gem in our beautiful city.
