Puesto is family-owned and operated by first generation Mexican American brothers Eric, Alan and Alex Adler, alongside their cousins Isidoro and Moy Lombrozo and founding chef and partner Luisteen Gonzalez. With eight locations in California, Puesto provides an innovative and contemporary approach to authentic Mexican cuisine. Sourcing its ingredients locally and regionally, the restaurant has earned national acclaim for its Mexico City-inspired tacos made with non-GMO organic, heirloom Masienda blue corn stone-ground tortillas, crispy melted cheese and scratch salsas.

Thank you for sending me this opportunity to review last nights dinner party. The food is always delicious at Puesto. However, we were disappointed with the service. We were a party of 7 for my daughter's graduation. All our food was delivered with the exception of one of my guests whose meal was 30 minutes later than all the other meals. Apparently, his meal was delivered to the wrong table, this was the reason for him not getting it with all the others. The server apologized, but it took 30 minutes for his meal to arrive. At that point the rest of the party was finished and were ready for dessert. My guest unfortunately had a 2.5hr drive ahead of him after dinner, and he wanted to leave earlier. The server took off the bill only one fish taco (which he ordered) but I was disappointed the server didn't take off his whole meal which also included the lime rice which also arrived 30 minutes after everyone else. Just thought you should know that the right thing to do on the server's part was to take off the rice and the taco.

Never have been disappointed at any of the San Diego locations. The mushroom tacos are to die for. The ginger margarita is divine.

We took a group of 6 here for drinks and appetizers. Sat on the patio. It's really nice. Margs were great and the guac is delicious!
