Founded in the fifties, people have been congregating at Puckett's for over half a century. We've updated a bit, added some recipes from our family and friends, and thrown in some great live music. But it's still Puckett's Grocery... nothing too fancy, but everything good. It's where the locals go for real food, real people and real fun.

The food is always excellent! The waitresses are good at their jobs and always friendly! We really enjoy the live music!

We have loved Puckett’s food and ambiance until most recently. Last night, we had a party of 7 friends and family and were looking forward to great food and fellowship. A band began setting up as we arrived. The decibel levels of the music set off continual unsafe level alarms on my Iwatch and iPhone even. None of us could hear each other talk even with screaming. Even the waiter confirmed the sound was too loud for him. Many people were leaving including us. We asked that our food be boxed. We ate on courthouse wall across from Puckett’s. We spend a lot of money for a meal that we could not enjoy. The manager was extremely rude and could care less. He said it is like this when bands are entertaining. So disappointed in Puckett’s and will never eat here again unfortunately.

Booked a reservation several weeks in advance so out of town guests could have the Tennessee live music experience. Had to ask where the music was after 30 minutes of waiting for it to start only to find out the musical act was canceled. I understand they can't control it if the act cancels, but they could have told us at check in that there would be no music so we could have went somewhere else. Instead we had to overpay for mediocre food and no entertainment because we had already ordered.

I normally love Puckett's but last night was not my favorite. There was a large group in the Mule room, but the dining room did not seem overly busy and yet it took 30+ minutes to be able to place our food order and another hour to get our meal. We actually went next door and got ice cream while waiting because it was taking so long and our group was famished. I couldn't tell if it was just not enough servers or what was causing such a delay, but it was beyond reasonable time to get service. My wife's fries were cold and mushy by the time we got them. My ribs were dry and lukewarm, and everybody in our party had similar complaints about their food. I wish it was better because we had family in from out of state that we had bragged this place up to and they left disappointed.

Went to Puckett’s for Mother’s Day dinner. We were seated right away with our reservation. There was live music, but we were still able to talk and hear each other. Our waiter was great. He recommended the bbq nachos for the appetizer which were really good! We ordered our dinners, not much of a wait. Our waiter was very attentive with checking on us and refills. Overall a really good experience.

One of the poorest waitresses we’ve ever had at Pucketts. Food was good but never got our appetizers. Drinks were not replenished and had to another waitress for the dessert menu. We brought out of town guests to enjoy the experience and were greatly disappointed.

Fun dining ambiance & good food/drinks. The waiter was attentive & friendly. The only negative was that it was hot inside - not sure the AC was on or working. Will definitely be returning!

Waited over an hour for our food. Arrived at 7:30 and got our food when the band was playing their last song (9pm). Our waiter was overwhelmed and running back n forth as fast as he could. Food and music were good and waiter did the best he could. I think the kitchen needs more help

They were out of food. Fries came with out seasoning & when asked about it they just put seasoning on instead of cooking them
