The environment was very nice and chill. Our server was not friendly AT ALL. When we went to go leave after we paid she stood there and looked straight ahead and didn’t say a thing to us.

Low score for food, because there is none. The menu online listed a couple of small items, but actually there's no food. Very nice place for drinks.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. He made the reservation and asked for flowers on the table. We were completely blown away with how incredible this place is!

Messages the hotel through this app to try and change the reservation to 8:30 and never heard back. Sent the message around 3. Got there at 8:30 and they would not let us in early as they stated they were booked and there were no tables. We went down at 9 and it was half empty. There was no reason they couldn’t let us down early. No one was at the table they had set for us… not to mention they gave us options to pick from so clearly it wasn’t busy. And I watched the door and only 1 group of 3 left in the 30 min we were waiting. Will not be back.

Made reservations, they only had room to put us in a corner with two chairs and an end table as they had not enough normal seating for us. Music was just radio, drinks too sweet . Was told there was handicap way to get to bar but not good instruction on how to get there!

I made a reservation for 1130pm and was told that my reservation is good for two hours. When I arrived they told me they were doing last call and I was only able to get one drink and spent a total of 15 mins there cause they were closing soon. Why have an appointment available for that time if you don't plan on honoring it.

We've been to some fantastic speakeasy's with creative bartenders or unique drink menus. This is really just a lounge in the basement. You have to know what you want to order. There were a handful of signature drinks on the menu.

We had an amazing experience here. Lou was our sever and she was fantastic. REALLY personable, checked in regularly, and had incredible recommendations for drinks based on our interests. Brie, who was tending bar, made everything perfectly and was really nice. We’ve been to several speak easy’s in the city, and for service/quality this was the best one. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Bartender was an awesome guy. He made a custom drink and did it without a single complaint. He even walked it and my other drinks to my table. The actual waitress on the other hand seemed a bit overwhelmed. She focused on the big party tables and over looked all of the little tables. The table next to us had to even get up and ask for there bill. We waited at one point for roughly 45 minutes before we got our next drinks. Once the big parties left then she was all over the little tables but by that point it was midnight and they close at 1 am. All in all it's a must try at least once. It's a very unique experience.

We went the night before Chiefs Parade. I’m sure it was probably busier than usual. They didn’t seem prepared for a crowd. The service was not good. I enjoyed my drink though. I would go back and give a second chance.

It was extremely hot and stuffy. The water glasses had no ice and was served room temperature. Took a while for us to get anyone to take our drink order. The atmosphere was fun and I would like to give it another try, hoping it was an off evening.

I really like PS. Sure the cocktails are a little pricey but my only frustration is booking a reservation at a table, and upon arriving them sitting us at the bar. The whole vibe for me there is being in the room and sitting at the cool booths or tables not in the bar area. This has happened twice, if I wanted to sit in that section I would have selected it when booking.

We had a very nice time at the speakeasy! Great drinks and wonderful selection of bourbon. We had a super sweet server. She didn't know how much some of the things cost but it wouldn't keep us from coming back. Thank you so much!

Great space and service. No food. Drinks were awesome, come prepared for $15 each at the time we were there. ( No prices on the menu.) if I could add more “speak easy “ background music, it would have been over the top perfect.

The glasses were smudgy. I wouldn’t usually say anything but with the lighting how it is, and this being a nicer place, I don’t think it would be a bad thing to take a dry towel to wipe off the smudges on glasses. Other than that it was great, great drinks!

Ambiance was nice and drinks were very tasty. However, once we told our waitress that we were done drinking and would like to pay our check it took her almost 30 minutes to get it back to us

It was hot as Hades down there, the bathroom smelled terrible, the drinks were bitter, the clientele were annoying and not appropriate for the atmosphere. I have been here numerous times and by far this spot has declined.
