A fantastic experience at a Los Angeles Michelin star seafood based tasting menu focusing on sustainability, very high quality seasonal ingredients with great technical precision and very professional and warm service by all staff. Superb light and complex desserts as well.

Amazing experience Knowledgeable, attentive service we bought our teenage boys and one of them spilled a glass of water, the waiter was straight on it and made jokes to put my son at ease Food was a wonderful journey that lasted 3 hours but felt like 30 minutes

Providence was a true experience. The service was excellent and very attentive. And the food was uniquely presented and so flavorful! Highly recommend for a special occasion.

Food was delicious, of course, to be expected from a Michelin restaurant. Service was impeccable. We came here to celebrate a birthday and they printed the name on the menu, and gave it to us as a keepsake. Definitely recommend for a special occasion or if you want to enjoy a really nice meal.

Lovely dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed each item as well as the extra dishes (uni egg, spot prawn). Perfect amount of food. Service was excellent.

An exceptional meal served by a friendly and knowledgeable staff in a quiet and beautiful setting. This is an expensive meal, but an exceptional experience.

As someone else mentioned, we had reservations for 9:15PM and waited approximately 20-30 minutes to be seated. Our courses came out at a decent pace and the non-alcoholic drink pairing option was VERY appreciated. I’m not sure if it was due to it being the end of the night, but another guest was playing rap music off of their phone which we could hear from across the dining area. The staff didn’t do anything to address this and it never really got resolved until those guests stopped playing the music on their own. The food was great and drink pairings were on point. Ambiance and timeliness of service needs work though. Having been to other 2 and 3 Michelin star establishments I’ve never had to wait that long after a reservation.

Underwhelming and not to the Michelin standards of my past visits here. My waiter didn’t know half of the ingredients in each dish. Halibut was also overcooked. Cocktail menu lacked diversity & options. Overall, the menu was sleepy & lacked innovation.

Best dining expereince in Los Angeles. I have had the pleasure of dining here for over 10 years and it never disappoints. Definately not everyday dining, but if you want to celebrate, impress or just treat yourself, this experience will exceed all expectations.

A serious restaurant for serious eaters. Service was excellent but, in my opinion there was too much food and, although each dish was very good, there was a fair amount of similarity among them. If I had known before that there was no a la carte option, only a chef's tasting menu, I would have gone elsewhere.

I truly enjoyed myself at Providence, we went to celebrate my wife's birthday and was completely blown away. From the food to the pairings everything was beautiful and extremely delicious.

The food was what you'd expect from a 2 Michelin star restaurant. Really good. The service was good, servers were attentive and explanatory of each dish. But, and a big but, at this price point.... We waited almost 20 minutes to be seated. We waited 25 minutes until our first course was served, in total we were at the restaurant for 3 hours. I'm sure it's meant to be an "experience", but the only experience we received was waiting a long time between courses. A very long time. When compared with other fine dining experiences (Alina, French Laundry) this sadly fell short. We toured the kitchen at Alinea and did not wait for more than 5 minutes between courses. Good food, friendly service but at this price point wasn't good enough to return.

Providence is a truly outstanding restaurant that is actually worth the considerable cost. Every dish was amazing to look at and incredibly good. I have been there many times and I certainly will be returning.

Truly outstanding fine dining experience. Food was complex, creative and just delicious. Hospitality was on point and the dining room is really beautiful. The wine program is also standing out with many great wines at relatively fair (restaurant) prices. We will come back every time when we’re in LA. Thank you, Team!

Everything about our experience was amazing. From the food to our server, Jonathan, it was a fantastic night. Glad we picked Providence to celebrate our five year anniversary. Would highly recommend them for any special occasion.

The food was exceptional however, service was sub par. We were celebrating a very special occasion so some special treatment would have been nice for choosing this restaurant to celebrate my engagement (which happened hours before our reservation). The restaurant was made aware in advance, however our table was in a okay location, which we requested to be moved. But it felt as though I had to be grateful of their service rather than them being grateful for my patronage.
