We have eaten at Prime n Wine for many years. We were disappointed with the Prime Rib meal as the meat was much tougher and less tasty than usual. It was cooked to our liking, but lacked the normal great flavor for some reason. Since this is the first so-so meal we have had there, we certainly will be back. In the past, food quality and preparation have always been tops. The service was as usual, top knotch.

I’m from Texas…. I come to the area often. Several years ago I visited here but it was very dated. I hadn’t been back. But we ate here twice and the place has been renovated and the food, service was great. Definitely a place to have a nice meal or a date

What a wonderful way to celebrate my birthday! The food was delicious and it was couples night so it was very affordable, only $44. Couples night includes an appetizer to share, each get a main course with salad and a side and a dessert to share to finish the meal. Our server Amanda was top notch. I strongly recommend for a special evening out.

Both steak and fish over cooked. Backed potato and soup was good. Lettuce salad was limp and brown…past it’s prime. Sent steak back and it came back as ordered.

Prime n Wine has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Mason City. I have never had a bad meal. I appreciate the Early Bird pricing and the excellent value!

I had the paper thin lambchops for 36 bucks. Asparagus was way overcooked and thin as a chopstick. This used to be the best restaurant in Mason City, but it's gone down hill. I'll try it again in the future. This was a business dinner that was chosen by my customer and we both agreed that it's not worth the price. I hate giving bad reviews, but this is deserved. Service was outstanding.
