The best filet mignon which I have ever had. Nice accompanying sides. The burrata and tomato salad and the creamed spinach were excellent. Outstanding, attentive service in a beautiful venue, which includes a vintage Volkswagen bus in the patio.

I do not even know where to start. I will recommend Prime Met Steakhouse to anyone. From the service to the ambiance,to the food one word phenomenal. I will definitely return soon, an to add ask for Joshua to be your server, his service is Outstanding. This restaurant deserves 100/100…..

The food we ordered was very good but that is the only good part of this restaurant. Service is poor with waiters constantly asking to take plates away even when there is food on them and main server becomes non-existent once the main course comes out. Asked to move to a different table as we were seated next to noisy children but they informed us that they were fully booked. There were open tables that could accommodate our party for the entirety of the meal. Waited nearly 30 minutes to see if our server would check in on us but never came and had to flag staff for the check. Gratuity is automatically added to the bill which could be a reason for the garbage service. The kicker was watching our server trying best to pour back sparkling water from a cup back into the bottle after a customer informed him they did not want that. Would not recommend to anyone as the food is good but is nothing spectacular.

First of the food was delicious. Wish we could’ve tipped the chef instead. Sides were sharable portions. However for the prices the service was just not it. The tip is automatically included so it’s like the waitress couldn’t care less about her service. Not even a spoon to mix our tea with and no one checked on us until we waved them down .. mind you there was only one other table there . The ambience was nice but the restaurant doesn’t not have any seats near the windows. With better service it would’ve been a 5.

My husband and I visited, and it was an amazing visit. Tony, our server went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time. The food was also really good. I think there can be some improvements in the drinks because the bartender just couldn't get it, but besides that, this restaurant gets an A+ and Tony is the best. The views are beyond beautiful

All the food was well seasoned and high quality. Both ribeyes were just undercooked but didn’t really affect us eating them. NY strip was fantastic. Portion size was bigger than expected- always a good thing. Not cheap but well worth it for what you get.

One of my new favorite spots. Can’t wait to come in the summer when I can hang out on the roof top. The view is nice. And it’s not too busy, not sure why. Maybe cause it’s a little pricey but this is my 2nd time going and I love it and am going back again and again :)

Our reservation was for 630pm on Sunday. We were seated right away but the server (1 person for all tables in restaurant) took a little while to come take our order. He was extremely kind & courteous & attentive. The appetizers were delicious. The drinks were terrible. My son had a pepsi that tasted like club soda and sugar. I had the apple fizz drink but it tasted like straight bourbon. Couldn't taste any of the other ingredients in the drink. They didnt have the beer on tap that was ordered. The steaks came out and it was extremely well done, tough to chew & chokingly dry. We will not be returning.
