Excellent dining experience went there to celebrate my birthday and received the glass of additional champagne. Staff friendly atmosphere is beautiful.

Our table for 10 wasn’t ready when we arrived despite making the reservation two months prior. We ended up waiting 35 minutes for the first round of cocktails, an hour for appetizers. We ended up sitting outside where a DJ played club-volume music for our entire dinner service. Miscellaneous disorganization throughout service (missing serving plates, no serving spoons for shared sides, missing drinks, delayed entrees) had to go up to the bar twice for missing drinks only to find the bartenders unoccupied despite our server explaining they were so behind. Confused as to why they would be “understaffed” with a Mets Game and graduation ceremony across the street but other regulars said the poor excuse for service is the regular. Our dinner plates were never cleared. My deposit was not added to our bill but a mandatory 20% party gratuity was. Would come back for their sunset view overlooking the city but only for the pictures and then eat elsewhere. They did compensate our party with a round of still water. You’re better off at Olive Garden

We had a special family celebration and this hit the spot! Loved the views from the rooftop lounge area, the service was excellent, the ambience was upscale and comfortable at the same time. I would definitely recommend it for a special occasion - and arrive early to experience the sunset from the rooftop lounge!

We came to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Grad school it was a great time the service was topnotch Jada was the most professional and attentive bartender/server that we have had in a very long time.

The best filet mignon which I have ever had. Nice accompanying sides. The burrata and tomato salad and the creamed spinach were excellent. Outstanding, attentive service in a beautiful venue, which includes a vintage Volkswagen bus in the patio.

I do not even know where to start. I will recommend Prime Met Steakhouse to anyone. From the service to the ambiance,to the food one word phenomenal. I will definitely return soon, an to add ask for Joshua to be your server, his service is Outstanding. This restaurant deserves 100/100…..

The food we ordered was very good but that is the only good part of this restaurant. Service is poor with waiters constantly asking to take plates away even when there is food on them and main server becomes non-existent once the main course comes out. Asked to move to a different table as we were seated next to noisy children but they informed us that they were fully booked. There were open tables that could accommodate our party for the entirety of the meal. Waited nearly 30 minutes to see if our server would check in on us but never came and had to flag staff for the check. Gratuity is automatically added to the bill which could be a reason for the garbage service. The kicker was watching our server trying best to pour back sparkling water from a cup back into the bottle after a customer informed him they did not want that. Would not recommend to anyone as the food is good but is nothing spectacular.

First of the food was delicious. Wish we could’ve tipped the chef instead. Sides were sharable portions. However for the prices the service was just not it. The tip is automatically included so it’s like the waitress couldn’t care less about her service. Not even a spoon to mix our tea with and no one checked on us until we waved them down .. mind you there was only one other table there . The ambience was nice but the restaurant doesn’t not have any seats near the windows. With better service it would’ve been a 5.

My husband and I visited, and it was an amazing visit. Tony, our server went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great time. The food was also really good. I think there can be some improvements in the drinks because the bartender just couldn't get it, but besides that, this restaurant gets an A+ and Tony is the best. The views are beyond beautiful
