Prime house is a modern, upscale steakhouse in Bonita Springs. Owner Sam Purisic and family worked to turn this place around to provide high quality service to our guests with dry aged steaks, the finest of wines, fresh seafood options, pasta delicacies, and exceptional service. We aim to provide our guests with a phenomenal experience.

All steaks are dry aged 21-28 days with our experienced staff. With the experience of Peter Luger SteakHouse and Molinos, our staff is knowledgeable and are able to provide excellent outcomes.

We have a patio, as well as indoor seating.

    Our first experience here. Came due to availability and reviews. I had the surf and turf, wife had the crab cake meal. They brought bread, butter patties and a small gravy boat filled with something that looked like dark ketchup and smelled like cocktail sauce. Weird. No explanation. We looked around and everyone had it. I tasted it, cocktail sauce for sure. Whatever. So first the surf. Lobster was cook perfectly. And then way over seasoned. The turf. Filet- I think. It was a tip- pyramid shaped. I guess some part they had left over. It was cooked to order in the very middle of the pyramid so the rest (90%) was over. Very strange grain pattern and it was difficult to cut right. Taste was steak. No idea on oz , its not listed. Im guessing 4 oz. I asked the waitress what was in the gravy boat. I had a suspicion it was somebody’s idea of steak sauce. She confirmed it was. It’s probably great on chilled shrimp. She said it was made from horseradish and ketchup. Meal came with mashed potatoes. They were normal to good. Definitely the best part of the meal. Wife’s crab cakes. Mushy crabmeal with some chunks of grey crabmeat. Fried so the outside so it crunched like a potato chip and was chewy. At least the inside had some contrast with the shells and connective tissue found throughout. Crabs don’t have bones, but you could have fooled me with the stuff in there. We both tried to eat one( meal comes with two) but we couldn’t. I was able to pick out some grey meat and dip it in the “ steak sauce “ and that was good. Again the mashed potatoes were the best part. The dinner rolls aren’t bad.

    We feel that Prime is an excellent, reasonably priced restaurant. Our steaks were well seasoned and cooked to our chosen temperature. They are usually served with mashed potato but we changed that to their loaded baked potato which, although an extra cost, was a good alternative. We also had sautéed asparagus with lots of delicious garlic - great accompaniment! Service was great, always friendly.

    Wonderful ambiance and the food was delicious. Started with their Boom Boom shrimp, I had a green salad and my wife had an Arugula salad. We both ordered 10 oz medium rare Filets and they were outstanding. Seared and seasoned to keep the juices in. So tender, you barely had to look at the meat for it to cut. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Definitely one of the Top 10 steak restaurants I have been to in the past 40 years.

    The steak and chicken was absolutely delicious and served at the perfect temperature. The dinner rolls and Caesar salad were perfect also.
