Service was SO SLOW! We had a 5:45pm reservation & ordered promptly to make a 7:30pm show. We finally got our entrees at 7. Ended up getting to go boxes as didn't feel we had enough time to eat. Food was just ok. Scallops were overcooked & rubbery.

Food was terrible! Mac & cheese had zero flavor, mash potatoes were cold and my steak was the size of a chicken nugget. Won’t go back!

We were with our teenage kids and it seemed like the service reflected it. It was fine, but other tables around us had a noticeable different service experience.

This was my first time dining at Prime. It had a sophisticated atmosphere, was quiet enough to allow for pleasant conversation, and the service was very attentive.

Our waiter was great and our food was excellent. While the meal was expensive, the portions were generous and it was worth it for our son's 21st Birthday dinner.

The wedge salad was alright. When I think of wedge salad I except the freshest slice of lettuce. The steak and truffle Mac and cheese was on point! The mashed potatoes were good but didn’t stand out to me. The chicken pasta had way too much butter in the sauce. It left a film on my tongue. The homemade ice cream dessert was definitely delicious. The hot brownie tasted as if it just came out from the oven.

Everything was great except for the sides. Sides were average in comparison to other restaurants such as Carlos and Johnny’s.

I’ve been to Prime multiple times and it is always superb. Alexia was excellent. From the amazing wine recommendation and the thorough explanation of the menu for my first time guest, she made the experience even more pleasurable.

Great service! We went before a show at Aronoff and they ask you if you are going to a show so they can make sure to get you served on time. Food was amazing.

My friends and I had a delicious meal at Prime before going to the Aranoff. Grace was our server - couldn't have been better! This is the third time we have been there this Broadway series.

This was a lovely place to enjoy a long and delicious meal. The tables are spread out nicely among conversations and the noise level comfortable. The service was impeccable and so genuine.

We were seated by the door that went outside, it was cold and breezy. We requested to move but the server said she would just make sure the doors would be shut, which wasn’t done every time. The food was good minus the crème brûlée. The service was slow for it being after 8 pm. Overall experience was just ok.

Fantastic!! Stopped by as in town for conference. Restaurant week was happening and the feature menu was unbelievably priced at $45! Outstanding food and service! Highly recommended

We were there for restaurant week. We were there early for a Friday night so very quiet. The filet was fantastic although we had barely finished our salads. I would definitely recommend it but I didn’t check out the regular menu for prices.

We were there to celebrate our anniversary. They had special menus on the table with our names at the top wishing us a happy anniversary. What a special touch! We were with another couple and all of us found the food and drink options exceptional. Everything is very well run and superb as far as front of the house and back of house. We will definitely be back!

We went here for my birthday and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance was inviting and sophisticated. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring every need was met. Our server even searched high and low for candles for the dessert! As for the food, it was simply outstanding.
