Prime is a great restaurant for a special occasion. We went prior to a show at the Aronoff and you can’t beat the location. The food was amazing and the wait staff were wonderful. We will definitely be going back!

Steak was overcooked and baked potatoe was cold. I’ve enjoyed several dinners here, but this experience has turned me off to come back. Manager never came over when I sent the potatoe back and we were not asked how our meal was once it was served.

Excellent atmosphere, food and service! The menu was the perfect size as to not be overwhelming but with a good variety. Sides are large, and plenty for two. Nice outdoor patio area and great cocktails!

We were seated promptly but waited a bit to be greeted. Service was a bit slow. Not sure if it was due to being short of staff. Food overall was good but my baked potato was not done. When bread was served I asked for butter as I can’t deal with garlic- never received and wasn’t going to ask a second time as we didn’t see anyone until entree was served. Prices are now very comparable to Ruby’s

We got the spicy crab dip…..amazing great portion Lobster Mac …..delish and perfect portion Caesar salad …good….but very little for the price Braised short rib….short rib was good…. Risotto. Didn’t compliment the short rib, probably my pallet, but almost tasted too earthy as opposed to a bed of mashed potatoes….didnt go well with it Had the brownie and caramel yogurt based icecream soooooooo yum Staff and ambience was amazing

We visited Prime to celebrate a milestone birthday. Upon arrival, we requested an open table by the window, which was easily done. The service, food and atmosphere were all superb!

All of the food was amazing. The steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered (which rarely happens)! The lobster was also prepared exactly to our liking. The sides were all delicious and the desserts were scrumptious - especially the crème brûlée. We will definitely come back!

The employees were fantastic and the food was amazing❣️ The staff even helped my boyfriend pull off the ultimate surprise last night as part of our dessert💍 Our dining experience was perfect from beginning to end❤️ We will definitely be returning❣️

Service was SO SLOW! We had a 5:45pm reservation & ordered promptly to make a 7:30pm show. We finally got our entrees at 7. Ended up getting to go boxes as didn't feel we had enough time to eat. Food was just ok. Scallops were overcooked & rubbery.

Food was terrible! Mac & cheese had zero flavor, mash potatoes were cold and my steak was the size of a chicken nugget. Won’t go back!

This was my first time dining at Prime. It had a sophisticated atmosphere, was quiet enough to allow for pleasant conversation, and the service was very attentive.

Our waiter was great and our food was excellent. While the meal was expensive, the portions were generous and it was worth it for our son's 21st Birthday dinner.

The wedge salad was alright. When I think of wedge salad I except the freshest slice of lettuce. The steak and truffle Mac and cheese was on point! The mashed potatoes were good but didn’t stand out to me. The chicken pasta had way too much butter in the sauce. It left a film on my tongue. The homemade ice cream dessert was definitely delicious. The hot brownie tasted as if it just came out from the oven.

I’ve been to Prime multiple times and it is always superb. Alexia was excellent. From the amazing wine recommendation and the thorough explanation of the menu for my first time guest, she made the experience even more pleasurable.

My friends and I had a delicious meal at Prime before going to the Aranoff. Grace was our server - couldn't have been better! This is the third time we have been there this Broadway series.

This was a lovely place to enjoy a long and delicious meal. The tables are spread out nicely among conversations and the noise level comfortable. The service was impeccable and so genuine.

We were seated by the door that went outside, it was cold and breezy. We requested to move but the server said she would just make sure the doors would be shut, which wasn’t done every time. The food was good minus the crème brûlée. The service was slow for it being after 8 pm. Overall experience was just ok.

Fantastic!! Stopped by as in town for conference. Restaurant week was happening and the feature menu was unbelievably priced at $45! Outstanding food and service! Highly recommended

We were there for restaurant week. We were there early for a Friday night so very quiet. The filet was fantastic although we had barely finished our salads. I would definitely recommend it but I didn’t check out the regular menu for prices.
