Waiter wasn’t as attentive as we would have hoped. Had to be calling him to table too many times. Steaks were good but very dry.

I made a reservation and I was very specific on my notes that it was an anniversary and I made a request to sit in the back room area like I've done a hundred times before. We arrive and they won't sit us in the back. They wanted to sit us by the kitchen. I told the waiter the situation and that it was an anniversary and again asked if they could move us. They made it seem it was IMPOSSIBLE for us to sit in the back. Again I've been to this place many many times. What made us the most upset is that no one was willing to work with us. Oh and the restaurant was almost empty at that. Manager was completely rude and staff was not friendly they almost ruined our anniversary. If the back area wasn't available they could have called us ahead of time and explained the situation so that we could have made a decision beforehand instead of driving 30 minutes in inclement weather to the restaurant. Needless to say we left. Went to go celebrate somewhere else where at least our business was appreciated. I will never go back to Prime.

The food quality and flavors have improved tremendously. Our waiter was new to the trade but he tried hard. The cocktails were the right size and quality. Try the lobster pasta dish. It was incredible.

Had a wonderful evening. Ordered the Japanese Wagyu. Melt in your mouth! Cooked to perfection. Music was wonderful. Created a very relaxed ambiance. Paola always a pleasure to have you. You are one of the best! Chef, you and your team are the best in the RGV! We will be back.

Food is good, a little bit salty. The steak and branzino were amazing, just would improve the temperature when servicing, the steak was warm to cold. Salad to sweet, excess of balsamic. Wine list is very good, but the same, temperature was warmer than expected. Overall, I like the place, beautiful ambient and attendance. Thanks a lot!

The food is completely worth every penny, but from the 4 steaks we ordered med-well, 3 of them were very undercooked, they could not finish them. The drink are not worth it, i tried 2 different spirit drinks and they were both very bland and for a restaurant like this and the prices of the drinks i was expecting top shelf, they were not. Completely overpriced. I will not recommend this place just because i can go somewhere else ando find the same quality meals and much much better drinks, and ambience. Oh and gratuity was charged in the total.
