Long Island’s Newest Restaurant is located in the heart of Lynbrook. Prime 39 boasts an intimate yet chic ambiance, bringing you a Manhattan Eclectic Vibe to Nassau County. While Prime Cut Steaks are at the center of our menu, you can also find some unique composed dishes under our Chef’s Creations, including Seafood and Vegan Entrees. This is my second time to Prime 39. We had lamb chops, crab cakes, calamari, prime 39 salad, cajan shrimp pasta (which we took to go because we were so full from the appetizers) lemon drop martini and a watermelon martini (we loved the lemon drop). Our server was Thea and she was the essence to our dining experience. She was cheerful and attentive just what a server should be and more. She definitely gets 5 stars with our experience. We will do it again in a month or too.

First time at Prime 39, really did not know what to expect. My husband and I were craving a good steak and it did not disappoint. A very welcoming hostess sat us at our table, ambiance is very nice. Our server Kalisha was very attentive and accommodating recommending some good cocktails to start. All of the staff were very attentive, filling our water glasses constantly and were very polite. The salt and pepper shrimp was cooked perfectly, oysters were delicious. We splurged and had the 35 oz tomahawk ordered medium rare and that’s exactly how it came out, cooked with a nice crust on the outside. The garlic mashed and sautéed spinach were the perfect sides.I would go back again.

Dark and romantic setting. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant. The staff overall was attentive. The food was delicious. Great place for a romantic date night or celebratory dinner.

Nice restaurant. It was my first time there. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was a little pricey, but delicious. My only complaint is the music being too loud!! When I left my ears were throbbing! If the restaurant was a little bigger then the music wouldn't seem overbearing. For the size, speakers right over the customers head is too much. You should not have to yell at the person sitting next to you or across from you to have a conversation. Also the waiters shouldn't have to yell to ask your order or if you need anything else. Besides that I as well as my guest enjoyed the food and our visit to Prime 39.

Outstanding service and a grand experience every single trip. We drive from Maryland a few times a year to make the trip. Simply amazing!!
