If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Sat 11am to 3pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

Excellent restaurant. Very elegant service and food was excellent. Filet Mignon was by far better than any other restaurant within The Villages and Leesburg, FL. Music played on a grand piano was just right for an intimate atmosphere. The twin lobster tails were delicious too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for elegant service and delicious meal. I took my husband there foe a surprise anniversary dinner. This was the 1st time that we have gone to Prime 3 & absolutely loved it! The staff was so welcoming we felt like family. We were surprised that there was a piano player, who by the way was amazing! The food was delicious & they even prepared a surprise anniversary dessert for us. We can't wait to go back!

We had another wonderful experience last evening. Our server, Mitch was very professional and had great knowledge of the food being served. The prime rib is one of my favorites and it did not disappoint. We took some friends with us and it was their first experience at Prime3 and they will definitely be returning.

We opened with wedge salad. Wife followed with prime rib, while I had scallops. Presentation was wonderful, staff was extremely attentive, and atmosphere was second to none. Only disappointment was wife was not offered a birthday cupcake even though I mentioned that it was her birthday.

We had dinner on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at Prime 3. The food was outstanding, they had some entertainment, but it was at a reasonable level. The only downside was the service was a bit slow and the restaurant was not busy. But, we would definitely go back.

This was our first time here and we loved it. I had the salmon and my husband had tuna. Both were cooked exactly as we requested it. Server was spectacular! The soft roasted garlic in the seasoned oil for dipping the yummy bread in was over the top!! We can't wait to come back and try something new. Maybe next time we might even leave room for the dessert.

It was my irst time for lunch at this restaurant. The wine selection is great. The prime rib wood-fired pizza was very enjoyable. I love the atmosphere there. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We had an enjoyable evening at Prime 3. My wife had the grouper and enjoyed it immensely. I ordered the meatballs and was underwhelmed. The description indicated risotto and spaghetti came with the 3 meatballs. A weird combination but I love risotto. The dish arrived with the 3 meatballs on ordinary spaghetti pasta. The meatballs were tender and delicious, but I miss the risotto! The service was good. The host, who I presume to be the owner, was very friendly and the wine list was excellent.

The ambience at Prime 3 is perfect. Service was good and we enjoyed the evening. The calamari appetizer was excellent. However, the grouper was a little tough because I believe it was overcooked. Unfortunately, four of us had ordered the grouper. Those that had ordered steaks thoroughly enjoyed their dinner.

We enjoyed our experience again at Prime 3. It was our anniversary….just my husband and I. It was a busy Saturday night and the noise level was high. We were seated to the front, so we could not enjoy the sounds of the piano player on the back which could have been an especially nice touch. Sound absorption panels would help. Our food was excellent…large prime rib and twin lobster tails. Sides and salads were excellent, too. We could not finish the beans and saffron rice, but they were very tasty. Service was a bit slow, especially at the beginning. All in all a nice evening. My husband enjoyed two glasses of wine and one cocktail for me, which was just average. With tip, just under $200 for the evening. We will be back!

This was our first dinner experience and really enjoyed it. We had a fabulous and fun waiter! my husband’s ribeye was overcooked and very thin. He was disappointed. I had the crab encrusted salmon, and it was just OK. Our visitors seemed to like their dishes. We would go back, but would not order the ribeye or the salmon.

First time visiting, and definitely will not be our last. We were a party of 7 and we were all very happy with the experience. From appetizers, to drinks, to the main course, to dessert, not one negative comment. Service was perfect, never felt pressured nor ignored. We will be returning, hopefully often.

Excellent restaurant that does the little things like offer sorbet as a pallet cleanser or table side Caesar. Menu is small but packs a big punch. I ordered seafood while my friend ordered steak. Both were delicious! Ask for Lexi! She was a great server. Highly recommend

Strip steak was good but medium was closer to well done Wife got the crab encrusted salmon but couldn’t find any crab on it. We spoke to the manager he kind of dismissed her saying 2 oz. of crab is used in the dish. I think maybe but not hers. He provided nothing in exchange. Don’t get me wrong she liked it and it was well prepared. The service was initially slow but improved. We went for a birthday event, it was just a little lack luster.

Great marks overall, but the chicken Parmesan was tasty however the pasta was cold. Service was generally good but inconsistent. At times it was rushed and at other times we were waiting.
