Prime 141 celebrates the love of food and friends!

Our menu pays homage to American steakhouse classics at the same time encourages our guests to explore innovative interpretations and nontraditional additions. Prime 141 offers an expertly curated menu that spotlights superior steaks, amazing sides, rad juice by the glass and yummy craft cocktails.

Our mood, service and menu are inspired from our culinary explorations, work and travels spanning nearly 40 years, 20 years developing world class restaurants on the Las Vegas strip, 18 years raising our family right here in Southern Highlands.

For us Southern Highlands is HOME, we want Prime 141 to be warm, welcoming, experiential, and delicious.

We dined at Prime 141 last July for our 56th Anniversary…last week my husband, brother and I went to celebrate our 3 birthdays…we had informed them it was a birthday celebration which we do every year by the way, and chose Prime 141 after our experience last year for our anniversary…they took a picture of us around the huge Octopus in the entry and we were seated…Marcus was our server…and was very attentive…we all had a martini and asked for blue cheese olives On The Side…the martinis arrived with olives in the glasses…we let that go…my brother and husband had a second martini…this time the olives were on the side and Marcus did apologize for the first round mistake…we all had a great dinner…the bill arrived…we were charged for the blue cheese olives…no heads up on that one…and also an automatic gratuity charge on a $425.+bill…we Always leave at Least 20% and more if we feel the service is outstanding and warranted…ask Marcus about the $72.+ plus charge…he said it was for the back of the house to be shared w/too…don’t know…guess we thought it was automatic for them to get a share of the tip…our. Biggest grip was the charge for the olives…come on Prime…$8. For 6 olives…either don’t offer them or inform customers there is an extra charge for them…disappointed…😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Plus we never received our photo by the Octopus knowing fully it was a birthday celebration…we did however get a Happy Birthday Card…ya…again come on Prime…and we were charged for our dessert! Give us a Break will ya??? 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

We enjoyed dining on the patio & it was very nice. Our service was outstanding & the food was amazing as always! Our server went out of his way to make our anniversary extra special. We always enjoy Prime & tell everyone how wonderful it is. Look forward to coming back. Great place for happy hour, dining with friends & special occasions. Unique menu & fabulous breads by Chef Tyler

We had a spectacular dinner. Our server Daniel was amazing and we’re glad that we followed his suggestions in relation to the menu. We started with delicious cocktails and then Daniel brought out an onion infused pull apart bread. The bread was warm and positively delicious. Next we shared the crab cake and it was so full of delectable crab. For the main I had the New York strip loin and my husband had the sable fish. We shared two sides that Daniel recommended and they paired beautifully with our meal. We were too full for dessert but maybe next time.

Our favorite restaurant in Vegas! Best. Bread. Everrrrrrr!!! I can’t stop thinking about that smoked butter! Amazing cocktails, the service is impeccable, the steaks and sides are so delicious! Yes…it’s expensive…but for a special occasion…totally worth it!

We had a wonderful experience. Milan was our waiter he was excellent, we relied on his recommendations since it was our first time. Everything was perfection. We will definitely be going back. Must try black cod... It is so nice to have a high end restaurant off the strip.

Outstanding! Rivals any high-end restaurant on the strip. Fantastic flavors, presentation was beautiful, steaks were delicious. Do yourself a favor and get to this neighborhood gem for an excellent meal.

The food is outstanding but I can’t get get over the prices. This is the second time I’ve eaten at Prime 141 and it’s crazy how expensive it is. I’ve eaten at some of the best restaurants on the strip and have never left thinking this. I’ve recommended it to several people and always caution them to look at the menu on line first and know that they have an automatic 22% service charge.

First time dinning here, the food was delicious and amazing. Server Milan provided excellent services. Definitely will be back again.

Our experience was wonderful. There was a bit of chaos of employee and customer arguing during our honeymoon date but after everything was good.
