Fantastic restaurant for any occasion from intimate romantic, to group celebrations or business meetings. Extensive menu choices to suit any palate, including sushi, steak, fish, pasta… all with delectable side options. The service is awesome! Thank you PRIME 1024.

The overall dining experience was great. Food was excellent. The only criticism I do have is they don’t stand apart like other restaurants particularly the Scotto restaurants. My son had a birthday, we were 9 people you can guess what the $$$ was . Maybe a nice touch like numerous other restaurants do, give the birthday person dessert on the house. Very simple and it goes a long way

The experience was mixed. Service was good IT is always a challenge when asking for a steak well done. My fiance only eats her steaks well done. It never fails that the griller cannot cook to this temperature. Her steak came out medium almost medium rare. I know because that is how I like it. We had to send it back. When it came back it was charred as if the griller wanted to teach us a lesson. It was clearly overcooked on purpose and a piece of charcoal would have been more presentable. Then to add insult to injury the staff started bad mouthing us in Spanish. The young lady was clearly taking jabs at us and the waiter was entertaining it by laughing and giving us a side eye while grinning. My fiance called him over in Spanish and asked for another glass of wine. When he returned with the carafe to fill her glass he very uncomfortably asked if we spoke Spanish and I responded yes we do in Spanish. They both were clearly embarrassed and concerned we were going to complain to the manager. If fact the young lady exited stage left and we never saw her again. There were other guests there so I was wondering who was to bus those tables with her absence. At least my salmon was cooked perfectly. We had the pris fixe which is an amazing deal. It's too bad the kitchen could not execute well and the staff were highly disrespectful. We will not be returning and we have friends who love the place. We will divert them to a Poll Bros restaurant and their a four within a 5 minute drive from 1024. Bar Frites is our favorite. Maybe the Prime team should go to those restaurants and learn from them. Prime 1024 is in our Highly not recommended list.

This is one of our favorite restaurants ! Everyone from the valet to the waiters are pretty friendly. We went last night 5/11/24 and to our delight they added freshly made Sushi bar . We will certainly be back !!

This was our first time at this restaurant. It is for sure one of the "happening" spots on LI's North Shore. So much so that we were seated almost an hour after our reservation. However, the staff was very understanding of our annoyance at being seated late and offered free deserts at the meals end. The porterhouse steak was as good as any steakhouse in NY. The service was friendly and professional. Great bar scene. This is a nice place for a special night out with your date or a group of friends.
