Best service hands down, staff is super friendly and really make you feel welcomed, the food is so top notch, best steak hands down and you have to try the bone marrow

We arrived a bit early and were told by the hostess we could wait at the bar while our table was prepared. Not a problem. A few minutes later, we hadn't even ordered at the bar yet, we were told we could actually go ahead a sit at the table since it was ready (she pointed to the table right behind us) or wait and enjoy drinks at the bar for a bit since we were already there. We chose to enjoy the bar for a bit. Then maybe 10 minutes later she sat another couple at the table she designated as ours. It was a little confusing, but we weren't too bothered as we were sure we'd be sat somewhere else since it wasn't packed inside. However, when we approached the hostess and manager to let them know we were ready to be sat, they looked panicked like they forgot about us and needed to find a table. We ended up being sat in a better location anyways, but it was weird...It was very dark inside, so it was tough to read the menu. The cocktails were weak...we had three drinks between the two of us and felt NOTHING but ordered one "Adios" drink and two sips in I was buzzed. So I definitely don't think the cocktails are worth the price. I will say, the food we ordered (minus the potatoes au gratin, we didn't think they were anything special) was absolutely delicious. I don't agree with the small serving sizes based off how much the food costs though... that's why I rated the value lower.

Hubby and I went on a Monday dinner date night yesterday, and I cannot say enough good things about this amazing place!! It's been on my list of restaurants I want to try for quite some time, and now I think it may be one of our new favorites!! The medieval decor and ambience was awesome, the violinist playing pop music was fun, everything we ate from the bone marrow and beef carpaccio appetizers, to the braised short ribs with Brussel sprouts, filet mignon, sides, all of it was delicious. The petite syrah I picked out was so good I'll be looking for it on my next trip to Total Wine. For dessert Timmy ordered the prettiest "banana split" I've ever seen, and I ate the flowers. 🤣🤣 Food presentation and service were top notch. Lots of gluten free options. 🥰 I already can't wait to go back to try the sea bass, and waygu cooked table side!! 😋

Amazing steaks, make sure to get Oscar’s way. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The ambiance is to die for. All around had an amazing time.

The Primal lived up to my expectations. The ambience was beautiful for couples and it was Mother’s Day with my lovely wife and she enjoyed the food. Our young waiter was spot on with selections of steaks and sides. The price is high but this was the best steak that I have had in Vegas and I will return on Father’s Day.
