LOVE having hot pot in the North Shore, this is a true hidden gem. The ambiance is fantastic and the shared eating experience is so fun. There is something for everyone. My kids loved the sides and options to tailor with the packages. I really enjoyed the mushroom tea (surprisingly not savory) and dessert (mochi ice cream and fried dough) was simple and so yummy! I will remember not to share a pot with my husband who dumps all the seafood in with other stuff and intermingles the flavors...haha We will most definitely be back with friends!

Pots was excellent! Ambience inviting, food amazing, kept refilling the broth bowls, love the sauce bar....delicious! Already trying to make plans with other friends to go soon!

Husband and I traveled about an hour from New Hampshire to go to POTS for his birthday. My husband studied abroad in China and loves hot pot and the culture. Well worth the trip and will have to go back on the future. Waitresses were very nice and the atmosphere was wonderful. It was a great experience with delicious food and all the broths they have to offer are incredible. The spicy broth was not overwhelming spicy and was delicious. Love the logo and would buy a sweater if offered with the POTS dumpling logo. Prices were fair for the experience as well and was nice you can pick and choose as well as order from your phone. 10/10 would absolutely go again and or recommend to anyone! Thank you for a great dinner! 😊❤️

Food is really good here. It’s super easy to order and everything comes out quickly. The drinks are really fun. And the service is fast and everyone is super friendly. My wife and I have been here 5 times now and it never disappoints.

Such a fun spot! Speakeasy vibe, password and all. Mine and my husbands first time here so the server took the time to walk us through how the menu worked. She was very knowledgeable. The QR code is a little annoying but I completely understand why restaurants are doing that. Food took a few minutes to come out but then our table was flooded with deliciousness! Started with dumplings, shrimp tempura and probably the best crab rangoons I’ve ever had. We split the hot pot with two separate broths (miso and spicy), and ordered proteins and vegetables a la carte. They have pre-set pot options if you chose to go that way but they don’t allow substitutions and I very much wanted both broccoli and bok choy. It was also trivia night which was fun. We will definitely be back!

In some ways, there are too many options here, making ordering a bit confusing. There are some tasty things here, but the cost is seems relatively high for what you get, and there's nickel and diming. Everything is extra, including the sauces to possibly enhance the broths. While Q, a restaurant in the Boston theater district includes sauces in the price so you be free to try such things as chili or hoisin sauces, as little or as much as you like (and the waiter will even suggest and add the "right" mix to the broths), here it's $3/person, meaning $6 added to the bill if you want to try any sauces. There's a sauce bar, from which you can choose what you want, but that means no server to do that for you. $6 to throw in a couple of shakes of something into a broth is high. Broths are tasty, but can use enhancing, so if you're coming here, I recommend paying for the sauces. It's hard to get by without spending at least about $40/person for the hot pot. Compare this to a great Pho restaurant where you'll get a large bowl with varied meats, vermicelli, vegetables, and sauces to enhance the broth to your liking for about $15. So value is relatively low. Still, it's a nice change of pace. Too much work for a relaxed dinner out given the options you have to sort through, and then the active work in eating it, but the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Drinks are terrific. With one drink each and gratuity, our bill for two was ~$125. I think you can find better value elsewhere and it's not my favorite hot pot place, but again, it's a change of pace, and it's good, but perhaps not great.
