   Having been in the hospitality industry for over 40 years, I have no hesitation in highly recommending this restaurant.the kitchen is top notch and the service-last night Lou Anne was the consummate professional and made our night-is on point.look forward to our next visit

   I had a 500 reservation and was 3rd in line. When entering the empty restaurant the hostess tried to seat us in the worst table in the restaurant beside the cutlery. I requested the hostess give us a table for 2 in the first dining room against the wall. She indicated that they were reserved. Now remember there was NO-ONE in the restaurant but 3 couples. I asked was she sure? She said yes they were having a big party and were moving all the tables together. Throughout the time I was dining she continued to seat 4 separate couples. When I left I noted that there was no big party and she responded “oh it was a group of 4 that ended up being just 2”. Mmmm. What about the other two tables? This was a bold faced lie with a return customer. I spoke with the manager. Hopefully there was some action taken

   My daughter and I ate there and only had an hour before our show started...the server was so prompt and did everything he could to make our meal enjoyable and get us out on time..the food was amazing...we both wished we had time for dessert ...we will definitely allow for time on our next visit as it truly is a place to relax enjoy an excellent meal and enjoy the ambiance!

   We enjoyed the experience and food! However, we changed reservation time and it did not get changed! No harm

   Have dined at Ponte Vecchio many times and it never disappoints. Daughter asked for something not on the menu and they were so quick to accommodate. Service was amazing. Food was delicious. Portions were good and everything tasted amazing. Will always return.

   Consistent all around. The food was good, the service was pleasant and everything came out quickly. Great atmosphere. No complaints.

    Our waiter Carman was awesome! - very friendly and attentive. Our pastas were spectacular and the crème brûlée was wonderful for our birthday celebration. Can’t wait to go back!
