Polo Steak & Sea of Vero Beach offers a variety of amazing STEAKS, SEAFOOD and SUSHI. Streaks are a minimum 35 day aged to offer more flavor and tenderness. Our chefs love creating nightly seafood specials sourcing local seafood.
Polo also features a rotating variety of Dry Aged steaks and chops throughout the week. To accompany the menu is a curated wine list with unique and delicious gems along with hand crafted cocktails.
Polo Steak & Sea offers several areas to dine, inside a well appointed dining room with a modern bar or al fresco dining in a large covered veranda.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner @ Polo and Rochelle took great care of us! The salads were so fresh and the filet mignon, perfectly seared, yet tender inside! The savory blue mushrooms and Brussel sprouts with bacon were wonderful accompaniments to our meal and the chocolate Balloon filled with mousse and berries was a delectable finish! For pristine food, warm ambience, and stellar service, look no further than Polo Steak & Sea!

We visit at least once a month, we used to visit more. There are usually no issues but lately I want to visit less often because of problems. The bartender made me a French martini instead of a French 75. Then my steak was nearly well done, when I ordered medium. I already waited 40 minutes so I ate a little and the potatoes and took the rest in a doggy bag.

Fantastic dinner! Excellent service, and perfectly prepared food. Best Oysters Rockefeller I’ve ever had. Loved the menu; can’t wait to try more of it.

Great Mom's day dinner. Appetizers were delish! and ambience felt nice like you were on an Island getaway. Drinks were flowing.
