Poeta is nestled within The Frances Modern Inn located on historic 11th street, just minutes from downtown.
Locally created and operated by award winning chefs, this neighborhood establishment welcomes everyone to partake in a meal, drinks, or dessert all day with breakfast, lunch or dinner, and enjoy daily happy hour.

Arancini was delicious! As was the roasted beet salad and the pesto tortello. Service was good, although we had to refill our champagne glasses. A bit noisy, we did have to raise our voices to hear each other speak. Parking can be a challenge so plan ahead. Would visit again, maybe sit at the bar next time.

Visited Poeta for brunch, everything was delicious! Highlight of the meal was definitely the arancini with tomato butter - our waitress recommended a side of bread to sop up the sauce, and it was the best thing ever.

Food took over an hour to come out. When it did, 2/3 dishes were salty. Wouldn’t mind the wait if the food was amazing. Definitely not the case. Very disappointing.

Amazing food once we eventually received it. Something was not going right in the kitchen causing an extremely long wait to get our food.

Service was perfect and friendly. Food was amazing and the ambience was relaxed. It was our first time and we will definitely be back.

We had an anniversary dinner here and it was amazing. Love that they know what cellar temp is on red wine! They sent out an amuse bouche, and also sent out a free extra dessert. Really friendly staff, amazing food and service. Highly recommend.

You could definitely tell how fresh the food was it was amazing and the waiters were super nice and personable

Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Vince, our waiter, was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made some excellent suggestions as we were deciding what to order. The restaurant is lovely and not uncomfortably loud.
