Playa Miami is a really good time. I had a lot of fun. The hostess’ and servers are great, food is great, ambiance was great (it gets lit in there). Only thing was the women’s washroom was a mess. I would like to see better for next time.

The hosts was horrible they had an attitude and was not trying to help, we were place in the back by the kitchen where it was hot and were sweating, they charge separate gratuity even though we were in a group, I was not satisfied with my Mac and cheese and they told me they could not take it off and they replaced it with another Mac and cheese which I did not eat so I still had to pay full price no I do not recommend anyone to come here. Horrible experience!

If you’re not spending $$$$ on bottle service, I don’t suggest going to Playa after 10pm. They only cater to the big spending crowd at that point, and your service will be subpar. Our server was rude and extremely inattentive, and just treated us as though we were peasants in a place we were paying good money in. We ended up leaving without ordering drinks & entrees because the service was so bad, which was a bummer on our night. It was so bad we didn’t even know the servers name…just that she’s near platinum blonde with big lip injections. Other than that, we had the oysters (raw & Rockefeller) as well as the spicy shrimp, and they were delicious. The hostess Eve was also amazing. She accommodated our table request & even brought shots since we were celebrating our friend graduating med school. The music was also good as they were playing hip hop/rnb on a Friday night.

This place was good however they limit their guests to 90 mins. Owner should consider lowering their prices to match service. Like the other comments stated, if you are not constantly spending they will not give you good service. The quality of the food needs work but the flavor was good. We order a medium well steak and received a medium steak. We paid $150 for hookah and was only about to enjoy it for 30 mins before being asked to move to the bar which was limited and crowed space.
