Was told no tables available, up to eight were empty, said waiting on reservations fully understand, said 2 hour wait, they then fielded three, made a reservation on OpenTable, was seated less than 30 minutes. Waitress paid no attention to detail. Empty water, glasses, etc.

Great visit. They went above and beyond to make our birthday guest feel special. The food was great and the drinks were fabulous. We were disappointed in the featured bread pudding dessert. It was overcooked and the ice cream was hard as a rock. Kind of a let down after a great meal. Service was great until we got our appetizer then our server disappeared. We had to track down people to order dinner, more drinks and dessert which made for a long dinner. Overall would recommend and hope service and dessert comments would be taken into consideration.

Oysters, Bronzino w/ skin on, and scallops outstanding. Sever Christopher was excellent. 2nd visit in 2 months. Will dine there again.

They accommodated our family celebration that included 3 children, 2 still in high chairs. Services was excellent! Food is very good. Great location and atmosphere.

We really enjoyed our meal at Plank. We had great food and great service. We had eaten at Plank not long after it opened and it felt like service went much more smoothly this time.

There was no sign indicating that any form of payment was required or not allowed. The server and manager created an embarrassing scene when I paid by check. The manager became quite rude. Completely uncalled for.
