Amazing experience. The food was stellar yet again and our overall dining experience was exceptional. I must thank the owner for accommodating our request to be seated in the downstairs area in the more private side room. Plado is the standard for hospitality and fine dinning on the lower east side.

Food was not particularly interesting. The cold cuts were very good but there is no cooking skill in serving that. The paella was salty and the flavor was 'uniform', you could not taste the seafood nor the chorizo, they seemed like covered by some spice. Ribs were ok. Drinks were acceptable but not memorable.

Fantastic menu - inspired and delicious (try the gnocchi. Server had great recommendations and the cocktails were perfectly crafted. Overall great food, great service, super friendly atmosphere. Will definitely go back.

Terrific food and drinks. The staff was very understanding when we were a bit late for our reservation and took great care of us. Highly recommended!

Wow this place was amazing! So many small plate options perfect for sharing. The food was excellent highly recommend the corn and the gnocchi. We had one person in our group who was a vegan and they had over 5 options for vegan dishes or dishes that could be made vegan. Also such a great vibe in general. I will be back for sure.

Would come again but probably not for an event like Valentine’s Day. Food was good and portions were more than reasonable. However, we were sat in a corner, waiters were polite but we were often felt like we were being rushed to give up out dishes when still eating, and people at the bar and others who were not there for the valentines prix fixe/date night were standing above our table multiple times throughout dinner. So while we were very happy with the food, we left a little disappointed with the overall experience as it did not feel very intimate dining experience for a Valentine’s day event.

Unbelievable, we loved it! The owner was incredible and she was very relaxed. Such a difference between a chef run restaurant like this. Definitely going to check out there LI location when it opens!

Some of the food was 5 level- like the eggplant and the duck. The artichokes were a little too oily for us. The service was very attentive- almost too much so! They kept trying to take plates before everyone at the table was finished. But I would go back. It's a very nice atmosphere and I did enjoy the food!

Exquisite experience. It was really nice from start to finish. The bartender made me a delicious hot toddy which took the winter chill away. The beef tartar was absolutely delightful. The burger was very good. The truffle pasta was reference. We will be back for the pasta!!!

Just tried Plado Tasting Bar last night with a friend. We will definitely be returning. The restaurant is small and cozy and utterly charming. The service was friendly and very professional. In terms of food, it was varied and all of the dishes we had (5 of them) were delicious and fresh! Additionally, the drinks are creative and tasty. I highly recommend Plado Tasting Bar!

Ambience is great. The food is ok. Lots of fried and not very interesting. I think they could up their game. Service was fine but the team didn’t seem well trained. This place is solid if you just want to grab an easy bite. Not a destination.

Hi, Thank you for your 4 stars. Sorry you didn't enjoy the food that much. There are plenty of options, maybe a second try would be worth it. We only have 6 fried dishes out of our 40, so there is plenty to choose from in addition to the 6-8 specials we serve daily. Hope you come back to try us again
