Went on Mother’s Day the lady was kinda dry and seemed very uninterested on serving us. Don’t know if it was Mother’s Day or the fact the she was working as a whole.

It's a bar atmosphere, sports playing on lots of TVS. Smoking is allowed so if that bothers you don't go. There is outside seating though the cushions are grubby looking. Our server was a cool guy, very helpful during happy hour. Over all a cool place to hang. The food was good as were the drinks!

TL;DR Staff your floors a bit more with the nice weather. Staff was pretty good but they were busy and training. You can tell they were stressed which caused order mixups. When we arrived, there was no one there to seat us which is fine if there was any indication on what to do instead of standing there for a bit waiting for someone to pass by. We finally flag someone down and get seated. We had two servers, one trainee and one trainer, they were pretty friendly, joking around with us. We then get a round of drinks and our food and that’s all dandy. Food was pretty good, drinks were alright. Then we get another round of drinks. Same drinks (2 rum and ginger-ale’s) and it was rum and Pepsi. So we flagged down the server (the trainer) and tell her what happened and she then tells us we ordered rum and Pepsi both times and we show her the nearly empty glass of our previous drink and say “no, you brought us rum and ginger before, it’s pretty clear” and then she tells us “well you can’t tell when the drink is almost done” and we are flabbergasted because...yes you can? Pepsi is dark, ginger ale is...not. Anyhow, she brings us the next round correctly and 10/20 mins goes by when the two come back and say they need to close out and the next server will help us. So we close out with her but stay a bit because, date night. And we still see the trainer running around, helping customers long after she said she is leaving. I get it, things happen and you gotta deal. We just stayed outside for a bit getting drinks from the bar. No one was ever rude or flippant in anyway so we had the patience for all of it. But wow the staff feels like they are running themselves into the ground.

I was initially seated at a deuce by the door. Too windy and no volume on the TVs. The manager “Becca” responded to my seating complaint by saying , if you remove your negative comments/reviews on Open-Table , I’ll move you to a better table ! I looked at my comments and noticed , NOTHING has changed there. Every seat , wooden and metal , have NO cushion on the seat ! I had brought my own seat cushion and used it that same night a as I have been there before ! Sooooo if the owner reads this post , buy some comfortable seats for patrons watching sporting events ! Until then .... thank you Becca , I’M NEVER COMING BACK TO PARKWAY TAVERN at Tivoli Village !

Service was great. The food I ordered was basic. BLT was dry and the loaded tater tots were so soggy the fell apart on the fork. Suggestion, order the cheese on the side.

I had tried to make a reservation at a couple of different restaurants, but it turned out PKWY was open and had available seating. I’m new to Vegas and PKWY turned out to be what I now know is typical for bars. They weren’t ready as early as we arrived, but once the waiter got to us, he was attentive and prompt with our requests. It has a very good beer selection and a typical tavern menu, short, but the food was good. A little noisy, but to be expected for a Saturday night. And did I mention the service. In my haste, I left the restaurant without my phone, but the waiter rushed out and going me in the parking lot to return it. A good place to visit.

we will not go back. My husband had a hamburger and it looked very small. He had sweet potato tots and there so few. He came home and snaked all night. I had wings and a ceasar salad. It was not great.

We had a reservation and we were told they did not have room for us at a table so we would have to sit at the bar. This was fine, except part of the bar is lower so I couldn’t even get my legs under it. We were understanding with the current guideline. About 5 mins after getting our food a young man walked in and all the bartenders started greeting him. The bartender then approached us and said that man wants to play so would you mind moving....mind you I was in the middle of bitting my food. After, showing her I was pretty annoyed she then told me the gentleman was going to pay for my food. There were other machines around but apparently he was a more important customer then we were so in the middle of our dinner we had to relocate. I don’t need someone to pay for my dinner so he can get “whatever seat he wants”. We spoke with the manager and she was very understanding. She covered our meal even though that was not what we asked for, it was nice that she wanted to try and make it right. As I explained to her, this was our first time there and we won’t be coming back. I am glad they have a manager who understands customer service, hopefully they won’t do this to another couple.

Hector was great!!! Great beer choices, great service! Food was decent- we had to ask manager to change the channel for a game we wanted to watch because they wouldn’t change to a game when two of the same exact games were playing on the screens right next to each other. But they did change it, so we got to see the Titans win and appreciated it!!!!

I love coming here to watch the golden knights games. Ryana is probably the best server I have ever had. But sadly this will be my last time coming all because of one bartender who constantly takes pleasure in making me and my fiancé uncomfortable. It’s terrible. I love everything about this place but that’s to this one woman who has made me uncomfortable and picks at everything I do multiple times i can’t continue to support a business that thinks this is okay.

Our visit was great. We went to watch the hockey game and it happened to be “Taco Tuesday”. Amazing value. All you can eat tacos for $15. The margaritas were good too. The patio doors were open and the lighting created a good ambiance. We will be back!

Overall very good experience. Our server was very nice and attentive despite being quite busy. The only snag was upon arrival. Apparently they had no record of our Opentable reservation. Luckily they still took care of us and all went well!
