The waitress was nice. I was impressed it was not smokey. The food is decent, considering it is bar food. I will go back again for a casual place to hang out.

My only complaint is Bernardo’s at the reception seat for about 10 minutes before the hostess showed up to seat us. This same thing happened when we were there a couple of weeks ago. Same person. She needs to be replaced

Service is rude and slow and food isn’t great. The only decent thing is the drink list.

It was so extremly loud we had to yell at each other -a conversation with the friends we met there wasn’t possible!!!! So we left after 15 min try-out and went to BJs which was so nice and quiet.

Chicken fingers were terrible! Protein bowl was okay. Very loud, had to yell to talk to people at your table.

I ordered pancakes and they didn’t bring syrup or butter, couldn’t find a server for 15 minutes, food was cold by then. Never going back again. Firerock was nice but now the menu is limited and it’s more expensive.
