In 1943, on the corner of Ohio and Wabash in downtown Chicago, Uno Founders, Ike Sewell and Ric Riccardo, created the original and legendary Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza. They combined authentic Italian recipes with the finest meats, spices, vegetables and cheeses and baked them in a unique and delicious deep dish crust, creating a hearty pizza like no other. Today, Uno’s Deep Dish Pizza is still made as it was then, with dough made fresh daily, hand stretched and covered with meats, hand-cut vegetables and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese. We put that same attention to detail in all our menu items, including pasta, salads, burgers, steaks and seafood and our new Love All, Feed All™ menu – which includes our 600-calorie-or-less Uno De-Lites, as well as our Gluten-Sensitive, Carb-Conscious, Vegetarian and Vegan offerings. Had a great experience at Pizzeria Due! Helped to have this Open Table reservation as the wait seemed long, as well. Friends each had the individual deep-dish pizzas, which they raved about (amazing crust). I had the gluten-free crust with pepperoni, and it was probably the best gluten-free pizza crust I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). Also had two different salads, which are very big (even the individual size); we had the Salad Bowl and the Spinach Salad shared between the four of us. The staff was great! Very knowledgeable and friendly. Made great suggestions. Things to note: deep dish pizza bake times are 40 minutes; gluten-free veggie ingredients can not be changed; booths are a bit tight. I'm still giving it 5 stars because we loved it so much!

Great pizza; our server (Ruth) was very attentive and helpful for our large group. Only negative was that we were charged MORE for a special pizza that we took some ingredients off of. Strange!

Service was wack, the host who sat us was mean and they had a lady (who was employed by the restaurant) come take pictures of us and then try to sell us the pictures for $30 each. Just a really wierd down bad thing to do. Our waiter was actually nice but it took forever to get anything. The pizza was good but not good enough to make up for how sus the experience was. Would go to lous or geordanos instead

Had reservation, arrived early and they were able to still seat us. They called me to remind me to pre-order pizza for better service ( 45 min to cook pizza) . It was delicious and wonderful experience.
