Had reservations at the bar and there was a man with a baby sitting on the bar and another child running around from the bar to the lounge area. We weren't greeted by the hosted even though she looked at us and looked away. Tried to seat us under a TV.

I absolutely love that place but the food not that much! The menu keeps changing every time we go . It was Mediterranean food before but they changed it into nothing special. They really need to find a good chef and more stuff so you can enjoy the beautiful place.

Over priced, steak did not taste fresh, underwhelming, home cooking would have been better. We went to Seasons 52 in Burlington the next day. That restaurant was lower in price with superior taste, plating, side selection, and service.

Great Atmosphere. Not a soul in the restaurant while we where there. Food was not very good. Tasted like a microwave dinner. Service was excellent. That is the only positive note.

This unique boutique hotel offers many eclectic points of interest. The location and grounds are well kept and spacious. The interior of the hotel lobby, although dimly lit, foretells of other interesting decors to come. PINO, the restaurant, features a first class bar and bartender. There is plenty of space and the environment is quiet and calming. The servers were attentive and engaging. All of the staff were ernest in their efforts to make the stay enjoyable. The rooms are large with unique furnishings, large closets and a welcoming bathroom area. At first, this is not a place you might think to find in Tyngsboro, MA but it is truly a find indeed.

The service was excellent, but the food was just not good, especially for the price that they charge . The steaks were both overcooked. We went on a Friday evening at 7 o’clock and there was only five people in the restaurant. So it appears that other people may feel the same way.

Vibe and staff were amazing! Drinks were awesome and food for most part was great! Only feedback, couple of chicken pasta dishes were boiled chicken instead of sautéed or grilled. They ate everything else. Others cleaned their plate. We will be back!

Part of the problem with Pino is they are up against their predecessor, Stonehenge Inn. Up until later years, Stonehenge was known for impeccable service and great food. We figured we would try Pino and see. The waiter hands us menus and says, “we are in between changing from Mediterranean food to a steakhouse so the choices are a mixture. Also there’s a wedding party in the other section, so the music is loud but should change once it’s over”. We order meals and wine. The wine I selected on the menu was not available, but they had another similar one not on the menu for slightly more (25%). He brings it over, and as he is pouring, splashed some on my glass and down side of bottle. He sees this but doesn’t go to clean it, so for the remainder of the meal, I’m leave red rings on the table. Meals: my filet was good, as it should be for that price. Surprised they don’t offer any choice of sauces The salmon was adequate, with some strange tasting saffron rice. Overall, wasn’t bad just underwhelming. Had an after dinner cocktail in the lounge. Drinks were good, but $36 plus tip for two…. They will really need to step up their game to compete at those prices. Lounge singer was probably the highlight of the evening, and the four sided fireplace was offset by the need to open a door outside to diffuse the burning wood smell, unfortunately it also allowed bugs inside, as you could see them circling the lights.

Overall good experience. Two draft beers unavailable, when we asked for salt and pepper we were given a brand labeled mini pepper grinder. Food was decent, drinks were pricey. David and Sarah Jane provided great service!

My husband and I have been wanting to try Pino. It was a great experience. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. They had a wedding and two other events going on so I was afraid we may have a long wait period for food and drinks but this was not the case. The staff handled it all very well I was very pleased with our food and will definitely be back

Enjoyed a quiet & romantic dinner with my husband here on Thursday evening. Our waiter was so attentive & pleasant. The food and cocktails were delicious! Highly recommend the hummus dip appetizer and Cesar salad.

Definitely would go back! Food is priced a bit higher but was very good. One of the higher end restaurants in the area. Our server, Susan, was great and the place was nice and quite.

Food and service on our visit were both excellent. The one thing that I would ding them on is that I ordered an Old Fashioned (Woodford Reserve Bourbon), nothing too exciting but they charged me $27 for one drink. I have been ordering these drinks for ages and never paid more than $21 at even the swankiest of places. My wife ordered an alcoholic drink off their menu and it was only $18 which I would be fine with. Lesson learned. Otherwise, the restaurant was very good.

Quite nice for an intimate dinner...Filet mignon was cooked just how we like it, but seemed slightly over-peppered. Service staff was extremely pleasant (I believe Tracy was our server). Impressive wine selection.

The food here has been delicious every time we’ve visited. Early visits, however, left something to be desired from the waitstaff. Last night was a welcome change. David and the bartender worked well together and were quite attentive to our desires. We enjoyed them both very much. There are a couple things left to improve. The first is the beer list, which is more appropriate to an Applebys than a first rate restaurant. The other is silverware. All used silverware should be removed and replaced between courses. Please don’t take my appetizer plate away but leave me with a dirty knife. It’s a small thing, but it makes an impression. But the main thing is the food. It’s yummy!

Our server was attentive and pleasant. Our drink orders had a few issues (problem with draft beer system, missing ingredient in cocktail). The appetizers were terrific. The fresh pita is great. Somewhat limited entree selection, but we will definitely give it another try.

Some of the food, Sea Bass, was excellent. The appetizers were very good. The Filet's were very undercooked and we didn't send them back as it took so long to get the meal! My Kofta was overcooked and dry and I asked for ketchup so I could possibly try to eat it and the waiter never brought it. I left a plate full of food and the server never ask if anything was wrong with the food. Service was very slow from drinks to food!

Food was so amazing. Sleepy gem I’m hoping is only mildly discovered. Easily top 3 steak in greater Boston! Capital who? Grounds are so great and outside dinning is a number 1 pick. Absolutely will be a frequent guest. Love this place!

Food was good, but for the money they really missed on a few things that were pretty basic. Several nice cuts of steak and lamb, but rice is the primary side? Only potato option is French fries? For $150/person I should be able to get something better than McDonald’s fries…mashed or au gratin. Expensive wine to chose from, but terrible narrow wine glasses with no bowl that made everything taste like rubbing alcohol. And finally, nice desert, but only decaf coffee. Up the potato game, get some real red wine glasses and an espresso machine with regular coffee…then you’ll match what you’re charging!

From the time you are greeted, and seated you know the evening will be special. Sue P. attended to our group of 10 adults' and toddler as though we were a couple. Each request was attended to with the professionalism of truly, a 5 star restaurant. Friendly and courteous she was the star of all servers. The recommendations, the explanations of menu items were on target to please all and when the appetizers arrived, they were all you expected and only outshined by the entrées, followed by the excellent deserts. Sue P. explained the Mediterranean menu items to a degree that made your mouth water, and the size and quantity of each item was very pleasing to our group. Each and every item that was presented from start to finish, was superbly cooked and taste was exquisite, as was Sue P..

Our 61st anniversary was made very special as the bartenders,, Fabian and Jimmy (1st day there) made every effort to be sure we were completely satisfied, and they succeeded beyond our expectations. Explaining drink specials and then making them to all of our delights. It might have been Jimmy's 1st day there but a seasoned professional he is! Caleb waited on us for dinner, a true delight as he explained items unfamiliar to us with such perfection that we all ate from his description the best meals rom appetizers to deserts, all fantastic! Big shout out to Jimmy, Fabian and Caleb!
