The food and alcoholic beverages were relatively good. The service on the other hand was not so good. I believe the issue was my waiter. Everything took extremely long to come out starting with our drinks. We waited at least 15 minutes just for water and another 15 for our specialty drinks. The appetizer took so long, that I was convinced it would come out with the entrée. Surprisingly so, it did not come out with the entrée but the entrée took forever to come out after the appetizer. Everything was just so slow. The restaurant was busy, but not so busy that it would slow down service. This is the first Mexican restaurant that I have been to where the fajitas did not come out sizzling on the skillet. I was very disappointed by this. There is nothing worse than lukewarm fajitas.

Food was good. However the restaurant has a big space with no personality. Is not recommended if you want to go on a date.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The waiter seemed to ignore us most of the time, and I had to call him over several times just to check on our food and drink orders. When the drinks finally arrived, they were extremely sweet, much more than we liked. To make matters worse, they got our food order wrong and didn't even offer an apology for the mix-up.

Booked for Mother's Day brunch. I was disappointed as the restaurant did not have any coffee or tea. Which is a much-needed item when offering brunch.

Was exited for a Mother’s Day brunch Mexican experience and was disappointed when our server who seemed to try his best brought us the wrong order, we didn’t complain, missed two items and never brought them. What did it for us is that they had no ran out of coffee at 11a Mother’s Day brunch! We politely asked for the check and still tipped appropriately and left to cafe Luna in Cambridge.

Our meal was good. The service could have been better; we were barely given any water and we had a reservation for 8 people but there were only 5 places set at our table.

Love pink taco for drinks and food but was not very clean this time. Bar top, floors and table were sticky from sugar and alcohol. It was Cinco De Mayo so it was very busy. Ordered OG Pink Tacos, didn't get Pink Taco shells.

My boyfriend and I ordered APPETIZERS at 7:38pm. I ordered a quesadilla and he ordered one of the $4 taco Tuesday tacos. We did not receive our appetizers until 8:36pm. During our wait (around 8:10pm) the bartender mentioned to us that the kitchen is backed up and there were only 2 cooks. I feel as though we could’ve been compensated for the long wait of our appetizers. If you know you’re short staffed in the kitchen then either close it off early and only serve basic items or inform the customers of the wait. We wanted to order dinner but how long we waited for our apps to come out we decided not to. This was our 2nd time there and won’t be going back.

Food was very disappointed. I've lived in Boston for two years and this is by far the worst place I've dined. For good Mexican go to Lolitas.

This was our first visit to Pink Taco. We took our daughter (who now lives in Boston) and 6 of her friends out for dinner and they loved it! They loved the decor and the vibe. Our server was great and very attentive. The Dirty Sanchez was great and my ranch water was very good - others at our table also really liked their cocktails. This is a fun place for happy hour or dinner with a great vibe.

My service was a little slow but it was a Saturday night so I’m assuming that’s why. Other than that everything was fine. Before visiting this location the only other Pink Taco I’ve been too was the one on Sunset in West Hollywood. It was cool seeing how different the two vibes of both locations were.

Waited 30-40 minutes for my reservation to be ready after I had indicated on the website that it was for a celebration. We could have gotten a drink at the bar but the hosts kept saying “5 more minutes.” As the organizer, it was awkward that a big group of us had to wait even though I had made a reservation in advance. Service after that was mediocre at best

We met up with our 3 nephews for lunch. A bunch of us were on the fence about what to get. Zane (?sp) was our server. He was so good helping us decide on menu choices. Super attentive coming back to check on us, refill waters, see if we liked our choices. It was such a great experience. We can’t wait to go back.

I loved the vibe of pink taco and the menu had a variety of different options to choose from! The only thing I didn’t love was the price of the margaritas for the taste. The margs were expensive and it tasted like mix when I got it. I didn’t end up drinking it and had an espresso martini instead, which was great!

The service was horrible it took us 30 minutes to get our drinks and they were awful. I had to send my dirty martini back twice as it tasted nothing like one. I think they were out of olive juice and lied about it. I asked if they were out and she said “no that is a dirty martini if you don’t like those would you like something else?” Basically telling me i was wrong. The margarita was all sour mix. Our waitress infrequently checked on us and was not kind. The entrees were okay tasting but they were cold by the time we got them an hour and half after sitting down… The prices are high the drinks and service are terrible the food is okay. Will never go back here and do not recommend anyone go there.

We all loved sunday brunch! Service was outstanding. Something for everyone on the menu. Bloody Mary's were the absolute best. Something unique in the flavor. Just yummy. And the pink pancakes? Yes please. I am still dreaming about them. To top it all off. Churros. OMG. my husband is a churro guy and he was so happy. Served just a little different.. Can't wait to go back!

We needed to make a last-minute reservation in the neighborhood, and this was one of the only restaurants that had openings for the time we wanted. I had some qualms because of the mixed reviews, but I can honestly say we had a *wonderful* experience! I ordered the lobster enchiladas, and they knocked this dish out of the park. I can't wait to go back and order it again! The margarita was well-done and generous. My husband ordered the baja tacos and raved about them. Our server was friendly and helpful with menu recommendations, and the decor & vibe made for a fun Saturday night. We'll be back!!

Pink Taco nachos are fantastic! My husband and I come here just for them. We also love getting the margaritas. They are very strong and so delicious! Definitely a date night vibe.

Honest review -- our meal was not great and expensive. Queso fondido was weird and the chicken fajitas were very fatty - this was made with a chicken thigh and not a breast. The barbacoa taco was the highlight though. This was good!

Made reservation & host couldn’t find it. At 5:30pm restaurant was open yet they sat my family in the back near restroom and did not feel like we were part of the restaurant! Margaritas were warm and not made correctly! Burrito Barbacoa was dry. Very expensive for sub-par food! Will not recommend!
