Service: Came here before a scheduled event and it took 30 minutes to pay, we were late for our event because of the service. The waiter ignored us and we had to track down other servers to assist. Our assigned server kept making excuses. Food: Pass on the happy hour firecracker shrimp. It was gross. Drink: the pink Paloma was ok.

Went for Mother’s Day , very friendly customer service and the outdoor sitting was perfect , nice setting .. only thing I didn’t much like was the food I’d give that a 4/10 .. Probably would only go back for Mimosas with the girls.

Went to this restaurant for the first time on Mother’s Day for brunch. Terrible service! Had to ask for our waiter several times while dining on the outdoor patio. Had to send 2 of our plates back as food was not prepared as ordered. Food took well over 45-50 minutes plus we had to follow up with our waiter to get the food. Brought the check and the waiter forgot the credit card and had to ask for it back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and will not return!

I love the vibe at Pink Martini. Our waitress, Jade, was also amazing. The drinks and food were good. I was a little thrown off by the $5 sodas and wasn’t told refills were $5. We came for the outdoor music, but 30 minutes in, the artist packed up and left the outdoor area early. Overall we still had a good time and everyone shared their food and drinks were good.

This time we ate in the outdoor area on a Saturday evening. (Indoor seating was totally booked.) My wife said she felt underdressed, as there were plenty of dresses & heels being worn that night. The guitarist/singer was good, but not so loud as to make conversation difficult. Despite a zillion employees running around, service was a bit slow this time (not typical). The food and drinks, as always, were delicious.

Happy hour outside on the patio!! Full shade, spacious, nice variety of specials on Happy Hour menu until 6 pm. Great servers! Nice guitar in the background, altogether a surprise in shopping center location. Will be going back!

Food is terrible- drinks are good, service was really good. Tacos were so salty had to send them back, worse food than University of beer and that’s saying something

It was OK. Sat outside by the live band but they ended up performing inside. So we left after our drinks. Did not order food.

We went to Easter brunch, there were subtle changes from last years brunch - unfortunately, not for the better. The potatoes were lack luster, and the Benny sliders would have been better with Canadian bacon- the shredded meat was no good.

Strip mall location, large outdoor patio which would be nice in the summer time. Food was lack luster and came out cold. We had margaritas and they were served in a very small glass that was packed with ice and tasted like limeade. The drink itself was about 4 ounces . Service was rather slow...Hopefully, it gets better with time.

I made a reservation and was around 13min late and they accommodated me which i appreciated since i was setting up dinner for my best friends birthday. The waiter was super friendly and helpful, he was amazing! The food was so good too. I definitely think the ambiance and all the workers are a 10/10! Would def recommend!

A friend and I hadn’t been to Pink Martini in over a year. This latest visit reminded us why we hadn’t gone in so long. The food was okay and the ambience is always nice but the service was so slow. There wasn’t many people there at 4:00pm on a weekday. We each ordered one drink and one appetizer from the Happy Hour menu. Wait staff didn’t return for 40 min to see if we needed another drink. We asked for our check at that time and gave our credit card. Took another 20 minutes to get the check.

We eat out a lot, and this place is FANTASTIC. It's fun, and a rather unique place. The owner greeted us and got us seated - even offered us a choice of tables. Our server was incredible, as were the other staff - friendly, helpful, and prompt. Happy hour is 4-6pm with lots of food options at $5! (Drinks $6-10.) We had 5 dishes and they were all delicious, as were the drinks. (Hint - the non-alcoholic martinis come in a large glass over ice, and cost a dollar less. Ours was really good.) And to top it off, they have live music on Fridays. Tonight was CJ Washington, a solo guitar/vocal act and he was very good. And while we could hear and sing along, we could still hear one another talk. A nice balance. We will return, even though it's a 25 minute drive from our home. Oh - it's in the same parking lot as the Century Theater so you could do a nice Happy Hour meal then catch a flick!

I actually enjoyed this place, I came for the live music from 6-10pm but didn’t know 10-1am it’s a club. So ima have to take a nap to stay up for the club with my girls… I’m older lol

This restaurant is by far the best in town with great Service Food drinks and Ambience …From our hostess to our waiter we were treated with first class treatment!!! We just love coming to The Pink Martini!!

We had a good time the ambiance was great, the food was good, staff was great, the prices were a little high and they added gratuity to our bill which always kinds of bothers me and generally I'd tip more if they didn't do that 😀

Was there for a birthday celebration and we had a blast. Our server, we didn't get his name, he made it fun for us! We will definitely be back. My only complaint would be that the bar service was a little slow. It wasn't too busy while we were there and they only had 1 bartender working at the time.

I am a regular here. Our waitress, Jade, was great. I doubt I will come for a paid event again, I was wearing a short skirt and was put at a high table. I asked for a booth or a low table and was offered the bar. I don't want to spend $200+ on a night where I can't sit comfortably.
