Pinion opened in 2018 on Eccleston Street in Prescot Town Centre. Stop by after shopping or join us for some pre theatre evening dining - we're just a minute walk from the brand new Shakespeare North Playhouse.

Part of Elite Bistros from Gary Usher and the team behind Sticky Walnut, Burnt Truffle, Hispi, Wreckfish & Kala. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

Hsd a nice Birthday meal for our son with the family and couldnt fault it. Food, service and friendly staff, would definitely recommend it.

From start to finish we had the most attentive service, made to feel very welcome. We had the small plates which were absolutely delicious. Will definitely be coming back soon

First time trying breakfast at Pinion and was not disappointed! The egg and the black pudding were both cooked to perfection. The bacon was excellent quality. Everything on the plate was delicious. Really good coffee. Service was friendly. Will definitely go again!

First time trying the new menu, and food was great as always and staff amazing. Who knew Frickles would be so good. And the chicken fried oyster mushrooms were amazing.

Had the most perfect breakfast for my husbands birthday this past weekend. The food & service was incredible! We’ve been to Pinion a few times to celebrate occasions and we’ll definitely be back again soon!

Although the menu wasn’t large the quality of food was exceptional. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. We would definitely go again

Was really looking forward to a birthday celebration meal. Sad it say we were disappointed. Food wasn’t very hot, the beef was fatty and the choice of boiled tomatoes on top of the beef was very odd. Truffle chips were beautiful and dessert okay. Annoyingly a 10% tip had been added to the bill, was not worth a £11 tip. Not sure what’s happened to the menu but it needs a rethink.

Normally I love Pinion for its innovative menu. However this last visit I was disappointed to be given a menu full of burgers, a few specials such as Scouse Pie (which had run out), fish and chips and bang bang cauliflower and very little else I’ve come to expect from Pinion. This is the kind of food I’d go to a local Marstons or Greene King pub for. That being said, the chicken burger I did order was delicious but it did in no way compensate for the lack of choice from a menu lacking in the normally high standard of innovative food choices I have come to expect. I did love the Shakespearean themed burger names though! 😊
