Food and drinks were great but the disco brunch was lacking. It was advertised as a Disco Abba themed experience. They played one Abba song and was not different than any restaurant for brunch. I felt like there was false advertisement.

I come to Pineapple Club all the time, mostly when I’m looking to have a fun and lively brunch with friends. It’s great for groups and has fun music, bright colors, and a staff with wonderful energy. It’s a must-visit when I come to New York! The burger is an easy classic and I love the Kale salad. I also really liked the chicken bites. It’s a simple, straightforward, and fun experience. Also the drinks are great - especially the shots where you can get a surprise spicy one. Huge fan, keeps things exciting!

The place is cute with nice interiors. We had a seat close to the sunlit atrium which was nice. The server was also nice and the pina mimosas were perfect for brunch. The rest of the experience was not as great. We came in for Sunday brunch at 11 am and the music was already too loud to hear the person sitting across the table. My guest received a dirty napkin (rolled up with the cutlery) which we asked to change. The food was uninspiring - my avocado toast was burnt not just toasted, the smoked salmon ordered as an add-on to the plate was served on the side looking quite lumpy and unappetizing. My guest was luckier with the French toast, but that too was quite average. And they forgot a side we ordered - we did not bother to remind them since the food was meh and it was probably for the best to not be served more food. Not worth the $$ even considering that everything in NYC is pricey these days. I fail to see why this place gets featured as a top brunch place though. We didn’t bother to order anything more and decided to get a nice coffee in Soho instead.
