The food was outstanding. Delicious. The service was poor. Sub-par. We ordered appetizers: Edemame and Gyoza, and drinks. The drinks came fast (although $3 for a can of club soda from Albertsons (literally!) seemed high), as well as the edemame. We ordered various rolls and small plates while we waited for the gyoza. All the plates and rolls arrived but no gyoza. We asked about it and the waitress said the kitchen was backed up (which didn’t make sense since the rest of our order came out quickly). After we finished everything she asked if we wanted anything else. We said the GYOZA! She said let me check and then brought it out. An appetizer turned into dessert! The other issue was our table was next to a window and the setting sun was streaming into the face of one of our party. We asked that the shade be lowered and it was. About 10 minutes later a party was seated next to us and the waitress raised the shade back up all the way for them re-exposing the sun, never asking if it was ok. We ended up having to move our chairs to the other side of the table to get out of the sun. Not good. The staff seemed scattered, forgetful and unconcerned. I hope they improve because the food was outstanding and we would like to return.

Whenever we go to Vegas Pier 215 is a stop for us. We love the food and the service is great. The honey walnut shrimp is something we always get. I normally get the vodka chicken pasta but this time I got the miso salmon. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I had high hopes for this past Saturday night, tired of over-sauced tasteless sushi options here in Henderson. Pier 215 exceeded them. Saturday night was quiet at 8pm, the restaurant looked elegant and the staff was eager and friendly. We opted for three small plates/appetizers each and within minutes the first of nine appeared. We all agree - we've found seafood heaven! Highest recommendations: seared ahi tuna, yuzu salmon, rock shrimp walnut, brussels sprouts, pork belly - but we like simple fresh food. Looking forward to our nest food fest!

Great experince. Definitely recommend the course meals. It allows you to enjoy the ambiance and food they bring out. Brought the food out at a great pace. Sashimi was the best part!

We used to dine at Pier bec we live the nice ambience, service and food. Last night I noticed it’s different people there. The waiter was not as nice and friendly and seems not attentive. The food is not as good anymore. The service is not as good as before anymore.

First time at this restaurant, came in from Boulder City, NV. Excellent start to finish. Clever ingredients pairings, lengthy menu with many creative choices in addition to the typical items we see elsewhere. Amazing Japanese whiskey and sake collection, beautiful kitchen. Super fresh fish and top notch service. We were very appreciative of such attention to detail and hospitality.

The food was amazing. We had 4 different types of sushi roll and every one was great. We also had the Pork Belly Kimchi rice and that was amazing with great flavor. For appetizers we had Korean Fired Chicken and Gyoza both was flavorful and delicious. Service was good. Our server was nice but most of the time other employees was helping us. I will definitely be going back!!

We arrived on time for our reservation. Was told we had a 10-15 minute wait no big deal. Our server came over about 2-3 minutes after sitting. Ordered 2 starters then it seemed like server never wanted to come back to take our order. Was about 10 minutes of staring then had to flag her down. Asked 3 different people for some sriracha took 5-10 minutes and plenty of forgetting by them to get it. We got the big box and honestly for $57 it was ok. The micro greens were nice and the sashimi was good hot stuff was too much sauces and some of the fish was fishy tasting which is never good! Server never really wanted to wait on us and seemed like we were a burden for 2 people especially since we didn’t drink alcohol. I ordered a soda water would’ve had a 2nd one but was never asked or offered a water so I had some of my wife’s water. Most likely not gonna go back for value and mostly the lack of service for $120 for really not much in value. Spent $240 last weekend for 2 at Prime 141 way better service and food for seafood!

Pier 215 is a very good spot. Welcoming & chill vibe, friendly & attentive service (Thank You Richard), good beer list, and a delicious menu. Our favorite bite is their Spicy Trio Hand Roll Combination. I recommend Pier 215.

Was not busy when we came in for our reservation. We have ordered and dined in here many times over the years. We were seated but then took about 10 mins to be greeted by a waiter even though what seemed to be the manager was greeting other tables…just not ours. Never received refills on water. And waitress asked if I was ok eating raw fish…..this is a sushi restaurant and I know exactly what I ordered so obviously yes. Need to get back to focusing on customer service.

I have gone to Pier 215 several times since they first opened. My last visit was nowhere near as good as the previous. Service was just so so nothing all that great. The bus boys did a great job. I was never revisited and asked if I wanted anything else to drink. I ordered the sushi plater and never got any miso soup. I made the reservation stating it was for a birthday. There was nothing special nor was I asked if I wanted anything else to order or desert. The check was very quick to come which made me think they just wanted me to leave. Can't say I would come back.

By far the best seafood off the strip. Will be on my list of repeats. Anyone new to southern Nevada, like myself, should make this your local go to spot. Great date night ambience.

Found this place through an IG influencer. Had much better sushi. Not authentic Japanese. They also try to make you tip on total that includes tax as well 😂 Also, their tasting menu includes some deep fried battered shrimp covered in mayo. Seriously? You’re not some low end Chinese restaurant. Do better.

Highly recommend. We ordered the pier 215 tasting since this was our first time here. Enough for 2 people to share. Miso soup-delicious Ocean salad -dressing was not powerful simple and good Spicy shrimp-reminded me of shrimp walnut. Chef special sushi mix- excellent a good variety. Korean ribs-came with potatoes and carrots was tasty but more like a pot roast style cut meat. Dessert-vanilla ice cream Fried calamari-nice size serving came with 2 sauces. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs. She recommended the tasting dish Next visit we want to try the king crab lobster

We had a date night here, and although it was a bit of a drive from our house. It was quite nice. We enjoyed a few drinks, Sushi appetizers and Shrimp and Risotto was really good. Prices were reasonable and I would recommend to others.

It was over enjoyable. My one complaint is that the menu has deceptive pricing. We ordered the salmon/shrimp w risotto was marked $29. We ordered it for my parents to split. Cause the menu said salmon/shrimp. Not salmon or shrimp. They deliver the plate small piece of salmon to my dad and three shrimp to my mom. We were charge as if they were separate plates. When the menu specifically said salmon/shrimp. Then when I questioned the waitress she insisted that she said it was either or. It was not said to us or stated at any point in our interaction. So it we were charged for two meals. I would have been repeat business but it was a bait and switch. Very disappointing
