Piccolo Buco Roma - set mere steps from Rome's famed Trevi Fountain - is where Cooper's Hawk Founder, Tim McEnery, first discovered Chef Luca Issa and his wonderful pizza. The ingredients were deceptively simple: creamy, indulgent mozzarella mingled with a bright and bold tomato sauce. But it was the extraordinary, tall crust - crisp on the outside yet cloud-like at the center - that won his heart. He couldn't wait to introduce America to a pizza this special!

As usual the eggplant Parmesan was excellent. Lunch w/ 2 friends with later lunch at 1 :00 pm afternoon. Nice and quiet !

Waitress was not attentive, we waited for water, drinks and appetizer. After ordering our meal, the meal came fast and our salads were delivered after we were eating our entrees! So disappointed!

Everything was great we ordered some much food for two people . The Arancini balls and spicy pepperoni pizza were my favorites. The sever Brain was great gave us a lot of suggestions. Will be back soon!!!

I couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Logan was our server and was absolutely phenomenal. He knew every single aspect of the menu front and back including every drink. I don’t care if there’s a 30 minute wait next time I come in I will wait for Logan to take care of me. Amber, the manager went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met. She came by the table, introduced herself, and spoke with my mother about Mother’s Day. She is class personified, and my mom cannot stop talking about how professional everybody was. This is the type of customer service we need and this is why I will always come back to Piccolo Buco.

I love their pizza and we had a very nice mother's day lunch. I thought it was odd that the waiter didn't wish me happy Mother's Day (I was there w/ my boys and husband) and I also thought the salad (which I've had before and loved), was lacking salt and/or vinegar. Still very enjoyable, the waiter was pleasant enough and the pizzas were amazing.

Great experience everytime I come. Food is always on point, and service is good. Pizzas are my favorite, but I tried the salmon, nice and crispy. Loved it. Can't wait to come back.

The wait was ridiculous. We had to wait an additional half hour after our reservation time to get sat. Besides that the meal was wonderful.

Love the food but the wine is mediocre. Service was good but not fantastic. The place is too loud making it hard to talk. One of my favorite restaurants because of the food!

Fabulous food, questionable service. Bartender was rude. Waited too long for water and drinks at the table. Asked for Parmesan & red pepper for our pizza. Never got it, had to get up and ask someone else. Bill mix up. And no one offered to buy us a round of drinks or a dessert for all of the mixups, confusion, etc.

Their menu is unique with the variation of pizzas offered. Yummy! Three were tried! The pasta dishes offered will fit anyone's fancy. We were there for lunch and their patio is cozy. Inside is also very inviting. We would highly recommend this fine Cooper's Hawk off spring to anyone! Wait staff was informative and courteous. We were sitting under a speaker and whereas the music being played was excellent it was a little loud to talk over. We let the server/hostess know and they turned it to a nice decibel.

Our party sat on the patio which was nice on a warm day. The staff was really wonderful & accommodating to all of our needs. We had ordered pizzas, a pasta, & a salad to share for 4. The dishes were all very tasty.

We go to Piccolo Buco often. The food is always excellent. While my wife and I both go for the pizzas, I have also had some of their pasta dishes and those are excellent as well. We both always enjoy our evenings there. A special shout out to our server, Logan, who really makes the evenings even more fun. He has been our guy for a number of our visits. He is always attentive, prompt, and has an outstanding personality. It is nice when you go and you have positive engagement with your server, and Logan provides that. We look forward to our next evening at Piccolo Buco.

We frequent this restaurant often. The food is usually delicious. We tried the Pappardelle this time and it was very salty. The rest of our food choices were amazing as always. The service tends to be slow each time we go. This time took 15 mins for us to be greeted and another 20 to get our drinks.

We really like this place. The pizza is delicious and so are the pastas. I just have to mention that we have ordered the Salmon twice and it’s been “extremely” salty both times. We have sent it back on both occasions and they do remake it with less salt.

Food was delicious! We ordered the Crispy Stuffed Squash Blossoms for appetizer - light and delicious. My husband had the Cacio E Pepe and I had the 'Nduja Pizza - both were so so good. Tons of flavor, filling but not terribly heavy. Our server was so nice and did a great job. We will definitely be coming back!

I ordered the Pappardelle with Short Rib Bolognese and asked the waiter ahead of time to make sure that it didn’t have the ricotta on it since I’m lactose intolerant. It came back with ricotta on it. Took along time to get it right. Was starving!!! I also asked if it was spicy at all and he said no. I explained I can’t have anything spicy at all due to acid reflux and medication I’m on. When I receive it was spicy. So don’t think we will be going back anytime soon.
