We were greeted at the entrance in a friendly manner, seated immediately and then our server came over to see if we wanted anything prior to ordering. Excellent customer service. The food is always delicious, never disappoints.

We enjoyed Piatti! The food there was pretty good, especially their wood-fired pizza and homemade pasta. The ambience was great too, creating a cozy and enjoyable dining experience. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Her recommendations were spot on!

My wife got the cioppino and it was sandy. The mussels were not cleaned properly. She couldn’t finish the meal. We told the waiter and he said he complained to the chef the previous day about the dish being sandy.

Food was just ok. They charged a 3 percent surcharge when the food was already quite expensive. Fritto misto was not good

Was so happy to find Piatti. Frequented LaJolla location and always loved it. Sacramento location lived up to expectations. Amazing meal, great server Jason, and an excellent value.

Always wonderful. Pretty noisy inside though - at a table in the middle of the room! We prefer the gorgeous patio but it was raining. So, no choice. But others might not mind the noise level. Great service and food. One of our favorite places.

Piatti Restaurant has been a staple in Sacramento for many years. Everything on the menu is delish... and, the Lemon Raviolli is a staple dish as well. It is so wonderful, there is a very small probability that anyone would be able to duplicate this dish's flavor; even closely. GO... ENJOY... and SMILE>>>

We love Piatti’s Radiatore with bolognese so when we are nearby we stop in for this delicious dish. Additionally we had the roasted tomato soup and the apple bread pudding. Wonderful food!

I would love it if restaurants could somehow keep the noise level down. We sat in the mid-outside dining area, and it was better than inside. I wanted to sit inside, however, it was too cold. I don't usually complain, but it just seems that many restaurants these days do not keep their noise levels down. I don't know how restaurants could do better. I love an energetic atmosphere, however, people just don't seem as conscious about noise levels these days. Excellent service, food and waiter though!!!

Noise is always a slight factor especially in the atrium. Asked not to be seated there in my reservation, but they tried to anyway. However, once I pointed out that I had requested the main dining room they graciously accommodated me. Service person forgot a wine order but she was very busy, and got me the wine very quickly once I pointed out the oversight. Otherwise, everything great

Where to begin?! The antipasti. The meatballs. OMG. Delicious. They set the tone for our entire dinner. They were flavorful, cooked perfectly, and in an unassuming nicely seasoned marinara. The house made ranch paired nicely with the spicy pepperoni pizza and the impossible lasagna was very flavorful. We also enjoyed the ravioli and the Bolognese. Each dish was plated beautifully and our waitress gave great recommendations for wine, pairings, and an honest assessment of each dish before we ordered. We topped the night off with Affogato and the flourless chocolate cake. Would definitely eat here again!

Great restaurant with amazing food. The ambiance is pretty and contemporary. The bar was hopping and it is located in an upscale shopping area. Would highly recommend and definitely will return!

First time eating at this restaurant, although I worked next-door for years. I was very pleased with the service, the food was absolutely delicious and the ambience was very nice. I will definitely return, especially to taste their delicious elevated pizza again.

I listed a special occasion--birthday, they didn't even wish us a happy birthday. We sat at our table for 15 to 20 minutes before someone came to the table. They have been a whole lot better in the past.

Great food, great service. If you turn down the lighting a bit and turn up the music just a tad so you can’t hear the table next you I think it would improve the overall ambiance. Truly a great experience though!

Our waiter, Anton, had a great attitude and wonderful charisma! Really made us feel valued and appreciated as customers! The food was fantastic. The pork chop in particular is, in my humble opinion, the best pork chop in Sacramento.

We went to Piatti for our Valentine’s Day celebration the day after V day. Anthony was our server and he was fantastic. The Ciappino was delicious as was the Salmon dinner. We will be returning.

Really good food. Ravioli and the pizza was divine. Sent the pork chop back due to the meat being all fat and overly cooked. But the rest of the entrees were divine.

Antoine was our server and he was spot on. Very helpful and informative. He delivered the best service I've had in a while. The food was delicious! Highly recommend the squash soup and potato gnochi.

Our server, Sara (sorry if I've spelled it incorrectly) was awesome. Food was great, though the pizza was not my husband's favorite. They were very accommodating to me bringing in a cake from outside. The server was attentive, food was good, and, given the location of the restaurant, pricing was pretty standard.
