Une tradtion selon certains, La Jollans est un bistro italien qui sert une cuisine italienne régionale authentique et fraîche. Un arbre de la famille des ficus occupe avec grâce un coin de leur terrasse très populaire, tel un monument. Sans compter la salle à manger, lumineuse et gaie, qui offre une délicieuse atmosphère pendant la journée ou lors des soirées trop fraîches pour rester dehors. Le menu est présenté d'une manière innovante et créative, offrant une grande variété de pâtes, de pizzas et de grillades. Vous pouvez également trouver de nombreux plats végétariens et équilibrés. We have been going to Piati's close to a year on Wednesdays and Saturdays very frequently. Generally it's OK. Time of the sitting down and ordering till finishing our food I feel I'm being rushed to finish and leave. There has been time we were there for dinner 5:30 without reservation and they say we can sit you but you have to leave by 6:30. I don't understand that. Dinner time supposed to be enjoyable. Before even we sit down putting a condition to time have a drink and dinner it is almost feels rude. Between two people we spend about $130 and be told I have only this and this time to finish it up it's really rude. Server's generally has a forced smile with impatient attitude.

the food was good! The only issue was noise levels were a little high so I couldn't hear a lot when my boyfriend was speaking. Still a nice experience nonetheless! The hostess was really nice!

We have been coming here for 30 years. Tonight was the first time in 7 years. Superb. Nothing about the wonderful food and decor has changed. Still perfect We love the veal, capers and risotto cakes. Just as perfect as the first time we ate there The bread dipping sauce..a remarkable mixture. Anna, our waitress was delightful.

BEST PLACE EVER for an authentic Italian dinner. Can't remember when I've had a better meal. Planning our 30th Anniversary at this fantastic restaurant.

Our first time visiting Piatti, and wow have we been missing out! Moving forward we will eat here when in La Jolla. I strongly encourage anyone reading this thats in La Jolla to go experience Piatti. You will not be disappointed.

Been coming to Piatti since 2000! Always a favorite. Just make sure bussers aren’t removing plates before asking if it’s ok to remove them. First time coming right on Mother’s Day. The rose was a nice touch. Thank you!

Amazing food! Attentive staff. Everything we ordered was wonderful flavors! Came to San Diego to visit my daughter. Usually we head to Little Italy for great Italian food. So happy we decided to try Piatti!

We came for my friend’s bday and she was super happy with the entire experience at this restaurant. The details from the menu saying happy bday to the great service. We do recommend this place 💯

I’ve been here multiple times now and I’ve never experienced any issues. The staff are very kind and attentive, it was my sisters birthday and we received a slice of cake for her. Food was delicious, as always.

We had probably the best dinner at Piatti since we have been back to La Jolla. Our waitress was so amenable, gracious and professional. The food was just outstanding and the prices didn’t seem like it was overly expensive compared to other restaurants we have been locally. Also the wine list offers a very nice selection and a lot of good wines at reasonable prices. We will definitely be back to Piatti and when you are thinking of a place to have dinner…..Go Here!

Waitress seemed to forget about us. Other tables were sending food back and got up to track down a server so they could lay and leave. Dad that this place has gone downhill over the years.

Celebrated our anniversary here. As an appetizer we got a traditional bruschetta and till this day my husband swears it’s the best he’s had anywhere. We also shared a Cesar salad which was pretty good. I got the saffron pappardelle which was amazing. When I took my first bite I had all different flavors go off in my mouth. Buttery, lemony, and among others I can’t even describe. It was just Delicious. My husband got the braised short ribs which he enjoyed very much. For dessert we got the tiramisu. A little too wet for my licking. But the flavor was very good.

Food was cold but plate was very hot. Server was completely absent. We wanted to order more drinks but she never came to check on us. We just paid the bill and left- didn’t want to stay for continued bad service.

Beautiful luncheon for sister-in-law’s birthday. Food was delicious. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their entrees. Quiet ambiance perfect for conversation. Highly recommend.

The back patio is a nice setting and less noisy than the dining room. Our server, Aubrey, was efficient, friendly, and very responsive. Our Caedar's sala was excellent. Our Pizza was so, os. In the past, they were better! Overall, the restaurant is a reliable place in a nice setting.

We ordered a few dishes. We ordered the starting bread (Ciabatta Demi-loft) which wasn’t complimentary however still very good. We then ordered the two appetizers beef carpaccio and the bruschetta which were both great. We then order two entrees of cannelloni and cavatappi. The cannelloni is fantastic. The serving size was good but it was so good I could have ordered another one. Would not recommend the cavatappi, Italian sausage. It sounded good but the meat and pasta were very simple border line bland. I would also recommend sitting outside. The inside is nice but it is a bit loud and could be a little tight especially for a table of 2. I still would highly recommend going here!

Food as always was terrific. The service was not what I am used to. We had a party of several at seven pm. Restaurant was packed. Difficult getting drinks, but it all worked out. Too loud for the elders in our group, but still a shoe in for best food for the dollar in La Jolla.

A favorite san Diego restaurant. Lovely ambience. Try to sit outside in the courtyard. The inside is much too noisy (NOISY!). Thoughtful menu and good wine list. Appreciated the gluten free options.
