We had a reservation and arrived on time. However, it seemed like they were not prepared for our party of ten. We were patient and everything worked out. The food was good and seasoned well (not too salty), the drinks were delicious, and London provided good service. I would return.

Food and service was great! We went during brunch hours and the wait was a little excessive, but I figured it was due to the brunch rush they received all at once.

I booked a reservation for Mother's Day in advance because I knew it would be a crazy day. When I got to Phyllis, there was no host to talk to, no greeter, and I did not know what to do. We stood at the door for ten minutes and never was acknowledged. We even asked a few workers if there was a host, and they said yeah, but they never told them people were waiting. After ten minutes we ended up just leaving. I was very disappointed. I heard this place was very good. Even though I was not able to sit, eat and enjoy the experience. The restaurant itself looked nice. The drinks from the bar looked good and also the food that was being served looked good. Hopefully, I will be able to try this place out one day!

Food was great. Place is very cool yet new. Think they were alittle understaffed and over whelmed by the Mothers Day brunch crowd. Service was good for not having enough people. Brunch just shouldn’t take an hour to get your food and run out of silverware and drink mixes. We’ll return on a less busy day.

We went on Mothers day for brunch. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, but were seated immediately, which is nice. However, things quickly deteriorated. In between it taking nearly 40 minutes for our order to be taken, the noise of the establishment, my parents being given alcoholic beverages with no water, our single appetizer being pulling teeth to actually get on the table, and then our waitress Renee only showing up to the table when we got tired of waiting for her to come by and flagged someone down. My brother did not get a refill on his drink, they simply took the glass when he asked and never returned. They took my coffer cup before I was done with it, without asking, after being very inconsistent with what options they had for the coffee. At one point the waitress *walked away from me* when I asked if she knew how much longer it would be for our food, I heavily discourage going to this restaurant. The bill was extremely high and it was an embarrassment to take my mother here. The only positive is that when we finally got our food an hour and 20 minutes into our visit, it was great.

Very enjoyable. Our group was a senior citizen group. Service was beyond excellent. Perfect for seniors.
