Food was fantastic, very tasty and probably quite healthy especially for a restaurant. All of the waiting staff were exceptionally friendly, sociable and knowledgeable. They were able to advise on what to order. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow. The waiting staff didn't check on us after our main meal. We did try to get their attention to order a dessert. By the time we did manage to, it was too late. Beware they close at 9 pm. A 12.5% service charge is added to the bill on groups of more than 2. You can ask for this to be amended. Beware it is card payment only. There was an excellent device to pay on where the bill can be either split equally between diners or diners can pay for particular dishes. This was brilliant. I look forward very much to returning. Next time we will tell the staff at the start that we may want dessert so the staff know to retuern to our table to take our order. Otherwise, the staff were superb. Fairly large main course servings especially the soup dishes. There was noise from other tables due to people talking fairly loudly. Thank you for a lovely evening with good food.

We arrived early but were seated straight away. Service was good and all the food was very enjoyable. My only problem was with the service charge which wasn't pointed out and seemed a little high.

Yes booked a table the same day we visited Sunday 5th May. Was shown to our table by the manager Alex. When waiting there must of been over 50 people who came in asking for a table and was told none was available. The restaurant was only about half full and it was obvious they were understaffed. The restaurant only opened up a couple of months ago so they still haven’t sorted enough staff. After waiting 30 minutes to order a drink I approached Alex at the counter who fair to Alex he was a nice guy. He explained they were short staffed and he was sorry. I decided to leave and probably won’t be returning. Why do they let people book if they can’t cope. He spoilt my evening as was really looking forward to eating here.

The food was very tasty, we ordered for 6 people and all of the food were on the table in about 10-15 minutes, same with the dessert, the servers were very nice and friendly and they are ready for kids as well as they gave crayons and paper to my brother's little daughter without asking :) The place is very lovely and good looking and in a popular area in Liverpool. I would recommend it to everyone :)

Went for the Liverpool Restaurant Week deal with Mains, a drink and prawn crackers for £15. I went for Beef Vermicelli noodles which were tasty but not so keen on the noodles being at room temperature. My wife had a chicken Rice bowl which she enjoyed. TBH I would prefer a conventional Chinse.

I ordered a prawn curry for main course. Was disappointed as there was only 3 prawns in it. My wife had similar with only 3 prawns.

Great meal on a Saturday evening in Liverpool. Food was amazing as usual along with attentive and informative service from the team. 👍

They brought us the wrong order, by the time they brought the food (which was still not what we ordered) the other main was almost cold. Mains arrived before the drinks and starter. We have to kept chasing for our food, drinks and starters. Just because we were using a set menu offer it doesn't mean that we deserve a worse service or being ignored. The Bold Street venue is always spot on with service but the Castle Street one is always poor. It's the second time we have experience this poor service at the Castle Street venue.
