Pho is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant that specialise in pho noodle soup, the national dish of Vietnam. Aside from pho, you can also expect to find amazing sharing starters, healthy salads, hearty rice bowls and decadent curries. They have a range of freshly made juices and also Vietnamese beers and a large wine and cocktail list. Pho’s menu is 40% vegan and nearly entirely gluten-free too. They also have an accessible kids’ menu where children can get a meal and a drink for £6.95

Attended the soft opening. Service staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Pho and Rice Bowl we had were tasty. Definitely eat here again.

The restaurant was pretty busy when I arrived, but tables were cleaned and cleared quickly. The food was hot, and fresh, I had the seafood spring roll, the stir fried Morning Glory and the House Pho - the broth was very flavourful, and light, yet packs a good flavour punch. I had the Apple, Lime & Mint juice (with added ginger), which was refreshing and slightly spicy. The service was friendly, but not intrusive, I will definitely be returning.
