Enjoy the intimate, indoor atmosphere of the lower level, or head outside to the upper level to enjoy an evening on the Terrace providing breathtaking views of Manhattan & Times Square, the ultimate temporary escape from the hustle of Midtown Manhattan.

It’s always a pleasure to visit this lounge; great views, fun ambience, and the drinks are fantastic. Don’t forget to try the fried mac & cheese balls, you won’t regret it.

We only went for drinks at 5:30 PM, didn't have any food. But, the food served to the adjoining tables looked very tasty. All of the people were extremely nice, from the fellow directing us to the elevator all the way through to the servers.

The food was decent, but the price didn't quite match up. It feels more like a place for socializing over drinks. However, the service from our waitress really let us down. Despite seeing the happy hour menu online and noticing the table got one, we weren't informed or given the menu. It took quite a while for our drinks to arrive, and the waitress rarely checked on us (I even had to ask the food runner for more water). Overall, I doubt I'll be returning.

Thank you for having us at our last night in NYC! The ambiance is very cute with the lights upon the ceiling. We’d enjoyed the good cocktails and service. Definitely a recommendation to our friends abroad 🤗

Furniture needs to be replaced, plastic glasses for wine it’s a joke with that prices, prices are way to high for a service and what they offer.

Where to start- there is no phone number to get a hold of anyone, no one answers the rsvp email, we got there and had to stand in line outside even though we had a reservation, the fire alarm went off, we sat at our table for 15 mins and I had to go to the hostess to get a server to come over…1/10 rating

Very underwhelmed by this place. The drinks were good, my friend only ordered food as we just came from lunch somewhere else. I chose this places for my friend’s birthday as I specifically wanted to see the flower tunnel/ arrangement that they have but when we got there it said it was under construction and no flowers anywhere except by the bar. The terrace area is tiny and the waitress I believe her name was Annabella (I could be wrong) was very rude. She spilled our drinks twice when bringing them out and didn’t bother to apologize. I still tipped the minimum of 18% but her service and energy wasnt worth that. Still, the biggest let down was the ambiance. Had I known they were under construction I would’ve stayed in the meat packing district where we already were and went to a local bar there. In all fairness, after having amazing service at RH rooftop it was pretty hard to leave that ambiance and service and come here. So many pretty rooftops in NY, I def won’t be back.
