Took 20 minutes to get my drink and it sat on the bar for 15 mins. Mongolian beef was slimy and gamey in flavor. Table Service was mediocre and the check in girl is rude. Won’t be going back to this location.

We went for my mom’s birthday and it was fantastic. The waiter did a great job and he brought out a huge chocolate cake and she loved it. Extremely happy with the experience. 10 out of 10!

Other than the lettuce wraps the food was great. The only reason I’m giving 2* for food is because the lettuce that came with the lettuce wraps had holes in some and were dripping with water but worst of all the lettuce was not fresh. For a restaurant whose signature dish is lettuce wraps and then serves up lettuce that is not edible is totally unacceptable.

Went for a work celebration lunch. Super slow service. We were told that they were out of fried rice and later learned that the rice cooker was broken. Food has declined in quality and value over the years. Last time I went with family the experience was poor too, but thought it was just an off evening so wanted to give them a second chance. Used to be my go to for Chinese, but will seek an alternative now.

The wait staff was poorly trained. We asked for new silverware which didn’t arrive. We had to ask for more water which took a long time to arrive. The main courses came right after the soup was served. Poor execution and training all around.

The restaurant is tired. It could clearly use some updates. The server clearly forgot to put in our appetizer and took over 30 minutes to get edamame. My husband‘s meal was supposed to have added vegetables and that did not happen either. The server was nice but obviously new.

Service was awful waited almost 20 minutes for a server. Table lighting was blinding you needed sunglasses because it was so bright!! Terrible experience we won’t be coming back

I did not like the secondary hostess, the one seating people ….She was not nice. They were obviously trying to get people who were there early to take the seats outside, bc while we were on time for our 5:30 pm reservation, where we could see at least 4 tables open, we were told “would we be ok sitting outside, bc if not it would be awhile for a table inside.” And when we said “no, we’d prefer sitting inside”, she gave us a dirty look and said “well, it will be awhile.” Now miraculously we were sat 5 minutes later at one of those empty tables, but the way they handled it and the attitude of the girl was just not needed. Kind of put a damper on the mood. And I’d have to say most of the food was good but my daughter and I both got the chicken lo mein and it was not as good as usual and there was hardly any chicken. Other than that, service by our server was great. Other food was great. I’m caulking it up to a busy Christmas Eve dinner schedule so we will still come back. I just hope the hostesses are better trained on asking people if they want to sit outside.

The food was very good. Chicken fried rice was delicious. Prices are up everywhere, but they seem to think that their rice is made out of gold. We usually only go there for special occasions. We use to be 2 to 3 times of month patrons, but they have priced us out of our budget.

We had a brand new server who could not do one thing right. We ordered appetizers and some were the wrong ones. We then ordered entrees and bc we had allergies, he said he needed to bring a separate menu, that took him 45 min. Finally the food arrives and we were late for our concert, so we asked for boxes as we had no more time to wait. He took another 30 min to bring them and then brough a giant cheesecake and asked us to box it in a tiny rice container. To pay the bill another long wait. It was my bday and bc of his awful service and extreme delays, we missed the concert. He truly needs a lot more training and to write things down and correctly.

Unfortunately our meal ended on a bad note. My husband & I were there with our grandson. The food was very good, but management was very poor. We had a gift mobile gift certificate which my husband had difficulty opening but it showed the amount in the email. An assistant manager came over & told us the gift certificate was from a 3rd party. IT WAS PURCHASED DIRECTLY on PF CHANG’s website by my son as a Father’s Day gift. We all finished our meal & asked our waiter for a takeout container. We then asked for the Manager who came over & was not cooperative about our gift certificate. He wanted more proof about our gift certificates & was making us feel uncomfortable & irritated. All in all we waited at least a half hour after the Manager talked to my husband. My grandson & I went out to the car as he wasn’t feeling well. My husband called the manager twice go ask what’s going in & that we wanted to leave. The manager never responded. My husband left $30 on the table for the tip & any extras we had & left. Never have we encountered such terrible problem with management. Management should have said “no problem” & accepted the gift card. We will NEVER go back to the Winter Park Chang’s. What a miserable evening it turned out for be.

Service was terrible. Juices have always been included with kid's meals and were served in large cups. Kids ordered juice with their meal yesterday and were served in tiny cups. We were charged $4 per glass!! Hostess couldn't find our reservation when we arrived so we had to wait awhile to be seated.

Our waitress Bryanna, a kind and wonderful girl, attentive, very knowledgeable about food, her attention was impeccable. DELICIOUS food, even better atmosphere. We arrived a little late and they attended to us in the same way, without rushing even though the restaurant was about to close shortly. I defined my first experience as extraordinary 😍

Even with reservations, we waited in the lobby for 15 minutes. It took another 10 to be greeted by our server after being seated. The food quality wasn’t what I remember it being—the fried rice was flavorless.

Terrible waitress… couldn’t be bothered to take our order. Waited almost 10 minutes to be greeted by server, had to get her attention and she came over with snarky attitude. This is the second time getting poor service within the last couple of months. My family and I and never going there again. We’re done.
