The service was great but the food was not. We ordered one of the sushi rolls (Volcano, I think) and the description leads you to believe the tempura shrimp is inside the roll but it is on top. The roll and shrimp were both drenched in sauces. It made the roll a little sloppy and the presentation wasn’t great. We ordered a second roll with the sauce on the side and it was much better.

Food was good. Service was bad the server put our food in. Forgot our appetizer. So we canceled it since our food was on the table. She never came by. We saw other servers to help their tables but our server was no where in sight for the majority of the time. It wasn’t very busy either.

PF Chang's continually impresses us with great service and fantastic food. We enjoyed the dining for two menu which was a great value. The service was great and added to our great experience. We went a bit early which was nice - there was no wait. We were also able to make a reservation, which we really appreciated and was a deciding factor in terms of where we ended up dining. We were not rushed, even as the restaurant got busy while we ate. The noise level never got to the point where it bothered us which is always a plus. Thank you for a great experience!

Even though reservation was made, was not seated at reservation time. Host were nice. Server (Nora) was amazing!!

Took 20 minutes to get my drink and it sat on the bar for 15 mins. Mongolian beef was slimy and gamey in flavor. Table Service was mediocre and the check in girl is rude. Won’t be going back to this location.

We went for my mom’s birthday and it was fantastic. The waiter did a great job and he brought out a huge chocolate cake and she loved it. Extremely happy with the experience. 10 out of 10!

Other than the lettuce wraps the food was great. The only reason I’m giving 2* for food is because the lettuce that came with the lettuce wraps had holes in some and were dripping with water but worst of all the lettuce was not fresh. For a restaurant whose signature dish is lettuce wraps and then serves up lettuce that is not edible is totally unacceptable.

Went for a work celebration lunch. Super slow service. We were told that they were out of fried rice and later learned that the rice cooker was broken. Food has declined in quality and value over the years. Last time I went with family the experience was poor too, but thought it was just an off evening so wanted to give them a second chance. Used to be my go to for Chinese, but will seek an alternative now.
