Great customer service!!! I ordered sesame chicken and it was greasy that it bothered my stomach. The customer service was so good I’ll try it again and order something different.

From arrival to finish it was a wonderful experience. I hadn’t been there in years and my memory was it was soso. The drinks, appetizers, and main course were amazing. Service was great also. I can’t remember our server’s name but she was fun and happy. Will be back!

I don't know if due to the simple fact of being Latinos the host did not attend us in the friendliest way, saying that she did not even bring us the menus to the table, something that we could observe with everyone, as for the waiter he was nice.

Horrible service at the beginning! We were seated and after 20min, no one had taken our order, brought out any water. Once we got a waiter, he tried to make things better, but it was all down hill - lukewarm coffee and lukewarm food! First time back to a P.F. Chang in almost 15yrs, and certainly, the last. Chain appears to have gone backwards in quality and service.
